Guy at the window was cool. They only got 1 out of 4 orders wrong. For ff these days that's OK. The issue was the fou tain... drinks were pure syrup, no carbonation (seems like that would be obvious at pour) and the cooking oil was so old the fries wereinedible. None of these are "unrecoverable" issues, but for sure was not satisfied with out only visit (driving through). Read more
This place is serving the most horrible food in NKC. Warning! Do yourself a favor and steer clear. We just spent $28 on a bag of... garbage. So disappointed! I hope I don?t get sick from the couple bites I ate. Read more
NKC is easily the most consistent of the Arby's around the area. Rarely do I have any complaints or concerns at this... location. Hot fresh fries. Actually sliced super thin roast beef. Thats what they serve here.???????? Read more

This location is apparently drive through only even though there's no signage telling you that. The doors are locked all day. I... understand hiring problems, just let people know what to expect. I watched an elderly couple before me walk up with walkersonly to have to turn around and go back to their car and drive off. Went inside today and the guy at the register was on his phone. There were 2 girls sitting in sight on their phones. The drive... thru girl got her phone out and was showing pictures to the other girls. The register guy put his away then during me orderingtook it out again. The front doors were dirty so there was plenty to do. There are way too many employees or find some that wantto work..... Will not go back. Read more
The drive thru line was pretty busy. It still didn't feel like it took too long. I've noticed it's always really busy at lunch,... so that's probably a good sign that people enjoy their food. The quality of the food is pretty good. I can tell the staff areworking hard. I will continue to go here. Read more
I don't go here often but when I do there's always SOME issue. The sandwich I ordered, the roast beef & cheese, was cold. Curly... fries tasted like old oil. I wanted the market fresh turkey sandwich but apparently they've removed it from the menu. Just allaround disappointed. Read more
