My boys absolutely love this place. One of our dogs is very social and active which is great for a place full of other dogs to... chase and be chased by. I love watching him play and he now gets very excited anytime we look like we?re leaving. He sometimesseems like he?s begging to go back. Our other dog took some getting used to but it had brought him out of his shell quite a bitand now interacts with other dogs way more. There are so many type and personalities that your dog is certain to find a friendor many. Drink and beer selection is great and the food was really good too. I was visiting from Boston and was brought here by a friend. Honestly, one of the coolest places I had been to. For starters,... the dog park itself is amazing. It makes full use of the overpass it's built under for plenty of shade. Lots of areas for thedogs to run around and play. For the humans, the indoor and outdoor bar along with incredible food was something I hadn'treally come across before. Great place to bring your dog and eat! It has so many things for dogs to have fun and run around. My dog could spend a whole... day here and be just fine! One of the cool things about Bar K compared to other dog bars we have been to in other states, isthat they have people walking around to help diffuse doggie kerfuffles to avoid bad outcomes. The customer service is what you would want it to be and expect it to be they not only... take care of you but they take care of your pets and they keep an eye on your pets to make sure they are safe even on busy daysthey do not steer away from their jobs. Can?t love this place enough! I?ve been away from the KC area for over 3 years and couldn?t wait to come here again. Went here... for memorial weekend and it?s busy as I remembered! ? Lots of fun things to do ? Good food and drinks. Try their FRIES ???? ?Wonderful and attentive staff ? This place is for DOGS. What more reason do I need to give this place a 5 star?! ?? Went for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. Parking was extremely hard to find. If going and it looks busy, I would park... further away because trying to park close can be difficult and take a long time to get back out. The ?dogtenders? in the park doa great job watching the dogs to make sure no one is being to mischievous. Love that o could grab a beer and be out in the parkwith my dog. Read more
