I know if they have seats inside they are required to have a restroom ..we went as a family with 2 kids they had to use the... restroom they claimed it's out of order .we had to go to Jimmy Jones and wash the kids hands first then we came back to orderthe ice cream. We order 4 ..one of the flavors we really didn't like so I informed the lady upfront that we didn't eat the Peachflavor and showd her that we didn't eat it .she said that I hade to buy another one .(really ???)I worked in the food industryfor 15 years in different places and if a customer will come back to me with something that didn't like I can read the customerreactions and needs and if I will see that they didn't really eat it I would change it for them free of charge.I guess this isthe company standard. Although I am trying to take our humid weather into consideration for this comment. My family got double dip cones and I had to... ask for a cup because the ice cream was way to soft, falling off the cone before I could eat it. Weather? Or turn up thefreezers? On the 31st of the month, BR discounts their cones. Only, not for me today. Oh, well. Jamoca fudge tasted great.
Made a special trip to get a scoop with frosting. After not being greeted for a few min I finally said hello. Then the girl told... me she can?t put frosting on ice cream. One of the other workers was going to but she insisted that she not do it . I originallygot the frosting idea from baskin robins in Indiana. Other stores do it all the time. But guess I have to try cold stone theyput it on the menu after my review was seen over 100k times! Maybe contact Op store to see how the greet, keep and take care offrosting lovers. One of the worst ice cream experiences I?ve ever had. I order a single scoop and ended getting a little over a sample! On top of... that my friend had a hair in his ice cream and was served a cone that had clearly been out all day. It was also clear theemployees had little to no experience and messed up several times on prices. Overall a terrible experience. Read more
