Absolutely atrocious. I have never eaten at a worse restaurant. Do not eat here. We just left and 1 of us feels sick, the other... 2 feel gross. 3 people and we paid $140 + $20 tip. (Because of inflation we don't want to be a**holes) We did complain about thefood, nothing was taken off. The food was stringy and undercooked. The photo was taken after we tried to eat. Our server saidshe was new but she was fine. The only thing edible was the garlic bread, it was actually pretty good. *EDIT* I looked at thereceipt later and they actually did take off the meatballs that we complained about. Start with the atmosphere, amazing. Fun, nostalgic, somewhat magical feeling. Everyone who worked there was wonderful. Walking... into the kitchen through the garage was interesting, but rather cool. Our waitress was a pure delight. We started with the bucatriple appetizer, fri d calamari, fried mozzarella and spicy shrimp. Then our salad, there was enough salad to feed a fleet offolks. My daughter exclaimed it was the best salad she had eaten. I will agree it was good! Then arrived the spaghetti andmeatballs. Holy cow!! Best I have eaten, and I have eaten a ton of pasta!! Bring your appetite cause those portions are nuts!! The atmosphere is amazing and the food was perfect. I had great customer... service with the perfect balance to attentive and allowing us to enjoy our experience. Buca di Beppo is a fantastic place. Love the atmosphere and the seating areas. Really feel like your eating at an old favorite... Italian restaurant. The food is always the best part of course, and wow did the staff knock it out of the park tonight. Wereally loved the entire meal which is always the case at Buca’s. We placed orders online for pickup. The place was packed and the downtown area was bumper to bumper traffic to get there and... out. But the food was worth it. I've missed Buca's since they closed the one in Omaha. I placed 2 orders since I forgot thedessert and cheese bread on the first one. Food was ready when I got there right on time. This is family style dining. But Ilooks like they may have some individual meals on the menu now too. The food is even better then I remembered. Read more

Placed a to go order for Chopped Antipasti with no black or green olives. Was happy to see none were on there, however it did... not mention the chopped bell peppers. Once I picked all those out, it was time to finally taste the salad. First, the portionsize is definitely enough for two. You get the bang for your buck. Secondly, it was delicious!!! I brought my bachlorette party of 9 for dinner on 10/16. We had a great time, but feel like our waiter, Hercules, was not fit to... handle our party. My debit card was charged incorrectly and then attempted a second time for what we thought was the correctprice. My bank then flagged my card for fraud and it is locked until Monday. Looking back at the menu this morning and I am notsure that we were charged correctly for the meal altogether. The food was amazing, but service was less than desirable. Read more
