Went here with some friends after a football game, food was good and not a long wait. The only bad thing was the service. I... ordered the All American Burger, and I got the receipt for what my friend ordered, the cheese curd burger. I told our waitress Ihad the wrong receipt and she said it was the same amount so it didn?t matter. So the price came to $14.51 and I paid with a $20bill. I only got $5 back in change and when I asked if she had my 49 cents she got upset and said not to joke around with herwhen I was just asking for my change. She stormed off and came back and put a dollar on my table and said, ?Since you?re sobroke here?s a dollar.? I get its 49 cents and it?s not a big deal but it?s just the principle of it. If she were to tell methey didn?t have enough change or something I would?ve been cool with it, but to assume I don?t want my correct change and toinsult me is rude. I needed to kill a half hour so I stopped in for a snack. I sat at the bar and was quickly greeted with a smiling face. All I... wanted was 10 Buffalo Wings and some ice water. By the time I added a 20% tip it cost me over $18 for 10 wings that didn't evencome with celery, carrot sticks or fries. The kid had never been to BWW, so we went for dinner and will never be going back. I will preface with the fact that we KNOW... staffing is an issue everywhere; No one has help. We got seated quickly, but it took 12 minutes for someone to come to ourtable so we could order drinks. For anyone with smaller children, you know this feels like an eternity however, we did havetime to figure out what we were ordering. The kid wanted wings because ?when in Rome? but these wings were cold (as was most ofthe other food we had gotten). I ordered a sandwich and it came out wrong so I did something I hate doing and sent it back. Got the right sandwich back and it.was.RAW! Sent it back again and felt like an a-hole doing it, but raw chicken is just?NO! Now, they did give us a 10 dollar coupon to use for a future visit?that will never happen. Read more
Since the mask mandate has been lifted here in KC, thought I would help get businesses started back up. Went in, and not many... people in there which meant easy seating. My co-worker had his power go out, so was by myself. Alison was my server, and wasvery courteous. I ordered the pretzel knots to start. By the time she came back with my drink, I decided on the Thai curryboneless wings. She goes to put that order in, bam! Knots are hot and fresh from the kitchen. Delicious! Tastes like aneverything bagel, but you get BOTH cheese or mustard to dip it in. I am enjoying those, and out come my wings. Nice blend ofspicy with a mellow sweetness. Friendly staff. The food was great. There wasn't a long wait time. The music is trendy but family friendly. There are enough TVs... in here playing as many games as possible and the staff will find you a seat with a good view to the game you want. The food isdelicious. Not very greasy. You can do combos on set numbers of wings or pick your own numbers and flavors. 10/10 will go again. Read more
