When it's good it's very very good. When it's bad it's horrid. Today everything was good - made as I asked, very good. Really... wish they'd be more consistent - definitely depends on the crew I guess. Addendum: Thought I'd change it up today. Went fortheir original chicken sandwich. Back in the 80s&90s it used to be really good. It isn't now. Formed chicken. Really salty &thin. Oh, for the good old days. BTW the nuggets are formed too, i.e. ground & formed. Wouldn't honor there own online special. It was Whopper Wednesday and the correct location and they would not honor there deal.... Even the manager wouldn't stating "I don't know how." For a $6 order they charged $16. Read more
This was a very disappointing trip to Burger king. This is supposed to be a Whopper with everything on it. We ordered the family... meal and all of our Whoppers and cheeseburgers look like this. Also the fries were room temperature. Also can't say much aboutthe staff at the person at the delivery window was less than thrilled to be working there. Read more
I'll preface this with.. I usually love this Burger King.. however, the deals in my app were not working, so I went inside to... show someone at the register what the deal should be, and what was offered in the app. They did not care whatsoever what the appsaid, and corrected me 3 times when referring to the 16 chicken nugget deal in the app.. she repeatedly said we don't have thatwe have two 8 piece orders. OK, that's fine.. why did you feel the need to correct me when we were talking about the same thing?I ended up getting frustrated and just had to pay full price for everything because nobody cared enough to try and honor thediscounts for THIS store, in the app.. the app that wasn't letting me place the order. Drive thru menu board has the price for 8 piece nuggets at 2.49. (What happened to 10 for 1.49?!) Turns out the price was... actually 8 nuggets for 2.99, refused to honor the price on the menu! Wow! Read more
Chicken parm sandwich had 2 random pieces of American cheese on it, a large onion ring with a few rings, no receipt. Oh, but... they did give me sauce, that I didn't need or want. I rarely eat fast food but I did like this sandwich and thought I'd get one.After seeing this sloppy job, I called to speak to the manager, young girl stated she was a manager, I explained the issue, herresponse.....I'm sorry. Restroom was dirty feces on the toilet seat trash all over floor and it smelled bad. One of the employees was dirty unwashed... hair and he smelled bad on dayshift. The worst part was he was handling food. Seriously this is bad do they not care. Read more
