Such is the way of covid that this establishment is left with a revolving door of employees who clearly haven't a care in the... world, especially in regards to their job. A 2* for atmosphere as Caribou as a chain seems to have good bones, but good bonesdon't make up for a terrible personality. Read more

I was getting a couple drinks for my mom and myself and the people at this location were very friendly and made me feel good... about coming there. Somehow I had 2-3 people ahead of me waiting for their orders and they just breezed through them so quickly,I got my couple of drinks within about a couple minutes! (They also had a packed drive thru, so I was really impressed withtheir speed.) The frappes were very excellent! Read more

I really think Caribou has a great product and really like them. Today is the 3rd time I have gone through the drive thru and... have had a bad experience. Purple tea is not black tea and I got home before I realized my order was very wrong. So down thedrain it went along with my hard earned money. Time before that they missed the creamer, and before that they missed theflavoring in my coffee. So strike 3! and since this group closes now at 1pm I am wondering what is really going on. So Caribou,get it together and step up or you won't be here in business much longer. From now on I guess I will have to come in to get myorder, that way as I add my creamer I can verify what I ordered. Inconvenient but at least I don't waste my dollars. And tothink I also left a 1.00 tip, ha. Read more

Horribly inefficient and trash customer service. I was at the drive thru window for nearly 20 minutes waiting for just 2... sandwiches. The girl working the window who looked lost in the sauce didn't come to say there's going to be a delay in receivingyour food or pull around and we'll bring it out/or pull around and come in and get it, which I would have been fine with. When Itold told Ms. Lost in The Sauce how inefficient they were should gave me a thumbs up, haha. Super professional! Read more

Do not waste your time. Awful! Ordered a latte and a bagel sandwich. Sat there for 45 minutes waiting for it. They kept telling... me that I was next, my sandwich was next. My sisters order was messed up. Their excuse was ?we?re between managers? theycouldn?t refund me and never got my sandwich. Read more

I love their Gluten Free food options. The app is awesome to order in advance and just go thru the drive thru or walk in and... it's ready. It automatically charges your app...so no cash or credit cards needed. Super easy for busy people! Greatatmosphere for meetings too! Read more

My boyfriend and I came through here for the first time this morning, and we tried to order our drinks with soy milk. The... barista taking our order wouldn't respond when we asked for it, so we tried to clarify at the window and we were finally toldthey didn't have it. That's fine if they don't - we could have ordered different milks if we were told - but the fact that theyignored us and just gave us dairy instead is poor customer service. If we hadn't asked at the window, we wouldn't have evenknown that our order was wrong until we paid and left. Our food was fine, but I don't think it's worth going again if theyaren't willing to take my order correctly. Read more
