I went in last night and the workers there were absolutely amazing! They worked well together and got me through quickly. One... worker in particular had amazing customer service, she is normally a cashier but last night worked on the beginning of the line.She went out of her way to make sure my experience was good. Nasty and dirty dining area. No clean tables. Dirty drink station, no restocking of utensils. The employees are more concerned... about running you thru the line, rolling their eyes if you happen to ask for any extra. Read more
The food here is always amazing. The staff seem overwhelmed and overworked. It's always about getting people though, they're... never smiling. It seems pretty chaotic too. With lines regularly out the door and at least 5 people waiting for online orders,they should rethink their set up. Maybe have 1 assembly area for online orders and 1 for in-house. That way they can get throughboth lines faster and boost their revenue as well as the overall customer experience. Try this particular Chipotle duringnon-peek hours for a better experience. Read more

When we got up there the lady kept staring at us not saying anything while making other orders. Then you could hardly understand... them plus they were out of the fruit, chips, & lemonade. Nasty!! She just fling the food in my bowl and she scraped the dirty rice OFF THE COUNTER ans PUT IT IN MY BOWL! They don?t move... fast they just move really sloppy and nasty. Wanted to gag when I was in there. Just look at the photos. Also when I went hometo eat the chicken, the food smelled like wash cloth and tasted like it was rotting. My first thought when I got this burrito was ? did they forget to fill it?? Unfortunately I was half correct. This was 8 days... ago and I have yet to hear from anyone. The store will not answer the phone, I sent two separate messages; one to corporate andone to what I thought was the store. Not a single word. I ordered a brisket burrito with light white rice and extra black beans.As you can see, there are so few beans you can literally count them. There is so much rice it makes me think they did twoscoops. You may also notice there is no meat. The $4 more than chicken option is completely missing. I would have cancelled thepayment at this point but I paid with a gift card. This is also not the first time this store has done this. You would thinkthey could make a burrito with meat., follow simple instructions but alas, it?s too much to ask from this store. Follow up: Soit is now Jan 23rd and no one from either the store or corporate has returned my calls, messages, reviews or emails. I normally don't make reviews but I was so disappointed with Chipotle Today. I literally ordered EXTRA white rice, EXTRA cheese,... and steak. That's all I get, which is not much at all. I spent $12 to get half a bowl. No extra white rice, hardly any rice atall. It literally looks like I got a kids meal. Half my bowl was completely empty. I also drove 20 minutes just to get this bowlcause I was craving Chipotle, I nor my co-workers who also did mobile orders Today, will definitely not be back. Read more
