I was wowed today. There weren?t many people working but people started to flood in around the time I arrived. Only one man was... taking orders at the time. Despite the long line, his customer service was top notch and his best effort was evident. I askedhim his name to which he answered Renell. Then I was shocked to hear it was his first day!!! I always go to this Chipotle because it's pretty near by where I live. I ordered online and they made me wait nothing for 10... minutes. I could see that my order was on their table inside where they prepare the food. Then there was their security guardwho I asked help with because he was sitting near the counter and he just said " I haven't clocked in yet". I also work retail Iunderstand how it's like but this is purely intentional. Read more

Something is off about this location and management seems unable to fix the issue. After years of going to this location, I'm... changing my review from 5 stars to 1 and will have to start driving farther away to the next Chipotle, which is a pain. I'm ahuge fan of Chipotle and a long time shareholder. Most locations average 4 stars or more on Google but this location isdifferent. My online order was once again late today. This time it was 22 minutes late, which is not unusual. There was a longline of people waiting for their online orders. People were getting upset and several mentioned that they hate picking up foodat this specific location. Then someone finally went into the back room and there were 8 or 9 meals that were just sitting theregetting cold. They either need to hire more people or adjust the time of pickup on their app / website. If you're going to pickup food from this location, you might as well go on Chipotle's app where you can get free chips and queso for the long wait. Read more

Food is fine, but do not get takeaway from this location. They are absolutely incapable of getting your order correct. Asked for... corn salsa and there is quite literally 4 pieces of corn in the entire bowl. Not to mention there's lettuce, when I didn't askfor it, and barely any meat or beans. 3rd time in a row this location has messed up everyone in our groups order. Will not beback. Read more

This chipotle is very slow during lunch. Even if you order ahead, you will be waiting at least 10 minutes longer than your order... time?at least. Quality of food is good so that?s why I gave it 2 stars. Read more

9/5/22 @ 5:31; Walked in for some early dinner to see few staff. I don't mind a slower order on a slower day. But After the... first lady gave me a meager scoop of steak in my steak bowl, I stood there for five minutes staring at the cashier and secondguy talking to the security guard and guy who just clocked on while they did their best to ignore me. That and the Barq's wasout of syrup. 2* because I've had good experiences in the past, but this is easily the worst experience I've had at a chipotleso far. this chipotle is always nasty! I have to tell the employees all the time to change their gloves after they then did 1 million... things then want to serve your food. The place is always messy food all over the place, yet have to ask them to clean the messup before sliding my food down the line. Please tighten up the cleaning. Food has been very bland lately to.
