Don?t order through a food delivery service from this location. The last two times I?ve ordered, the portions have been really... small and the order came wrong. I drove back this time for the guac they forgot, which they did give me when I explained whathappened and were very nice. I still feel like I wasted my $25 though. Placed my order for pickup at 7pm. We waited until after 7:25pm for our order. It was only 2 burrito bowls and chips. There was... no one dining on the inside and none of the inside line workers were helping the Chipotle lane staff. The manager was sittingdown chit chatting with another worker in the back of the dining area. We saw 6 people come in, order their food and leavebefore ours was even being bagged. The rice didn?t have cilantro or lime lol and no meat. They gave me all rice , cheese, and sour cream. And now my stomach hurts.... They honestly just need to close this location. I?ve never seen so many bad reviews. Read more
As stated in previous reviews, this is a busy location with too few employees to properly staff it. Portions are inconsistent,... and the employees seem to have minimal training. It's not their fault, unfortunately it's a sign of the times in serviceindustries. Each time I've visited there, there is a strong desire to go behind the counter and help them out. And IF a managersees this review, please encourage your crew to keep their assembly areas clean. The outside of the burrito wrapper was smearedwith sour cream and cheese. Read more
