Your staff at the front were friendly no problems but the tech guy that was there should never work with children. Maybe he... could work nights when no one is there. My Granddaughter was there to celebrate her 3rd birthday just her and myself and we gothere just randomly sometimes or at least we used to. She even said that the guy fixing machines was mean. He was just plainrude! Do better when your whole place is based on kids having fun and some jerk is just rude! Read more
Took my grandson for the first time and he got to meet Chuck E. Cheese. He said it was awesome.

The customer service was good the food was ok the pizza wasn't as good as I remembered it. Most of the skee ball games were not... working and they've changed the system of how you earn your points which can be a little confusing. Read more
Horrible customer service. Walked in and honestly had to ask if we were the only ones here: felt like a ghost town. (There was 1... other family and a birthday party!) The person at the front counter said she couldn?t help me and it took a few minutes to findsomeone who could actually ring us up. That took over 10 minutes just to check out!! Then we waited 30 min for our food and wastold it?ll be another 10 minutes or so. WHY WHEN THERE?S HARDLY ANYONE HERE?!?! We paid $75 and it was a total disappointment. Iused to bring my daughter here all the time in the early 2010s and it was great. I don?t know if there?s a change in managementor what but it?s horrible now. Just had our sons 3rd birthday party here and it exceeded my expectations. Even though there were a couple of parties going on... today they really went out of their way to make it a good experience. I haven?t been to a Chuck E Cheese in a long time, it wasgreat. The kids really enjoyed themselves and the pizza was good! Even the adults had a blast. The staff was great and I reallyappreciated the manager speaking to me to let me know if we needed anything we could come to her, but we didn?t need to. Ourserver was amazing and kept us updated on the schedule. We had an awesome time. Read more
During these turbulent times this business has followed all the required measures to ensure the public's safety! The facility... was well kept and clean. Staff was friendly and the pizza was good. Only half the games were allowed to be operational, so wewere extremely limited! No salad bar, but, I want surprised! Read more
I actually did not go into Chuck e cheese; I was in a shared parking lot with another business. It has been many many years... since I have been inside a Chuck e cheese for a friend's child's birthday but past experience to me has just been a veryexpensive place to take kids to have an expensive indoor play time with expensive games and not good family quality time.
