Delicious cupcakes but if you care about the integrity of your credit card information I wouldn?t order from them. I picked up... cupcakes today to find an order form with my credit card number, code and expiration date listed - only thing missing were myDOB and mothers maiden name! Terrible business practice. Wow...just got off the phone after trying to place an order online. When I was going to pay, a warning came up that it was not a... secure form. They did give an option to call the Plaza store directly to pay. I called and was told the order hadn't comethrough and they were too busy to write it down and take it over the phone. I got a confirmation a few minutes later and calledafter half an hour. I was told they would call back in a way that did not make me feel like they valued me as a customer ..morelike I was bothering them. It was a small order of only four cupcakes, but I don't think that should impact the quality ofservice. This woman was very unhelpful and bordering on rude She did call back and asked for my credit card number, expirationdate, and security code. I was not comfortable giving my security code and asked why they didn't use a more secure form? Shesaid, you are welcome to go somewhere else, because she had no time for this. I am going somewhere else. I like their cupcakesbut I will never order from them again because I don't like how I was treated...life is too short. Read more
I ordered three different kinds of these off Doordash and they were three of the best cupcakes that I have ever tried. The... Golddigger was super moist and full of flavor, the wedding cake one of the most delicious cakes and frosting combo I have everhad together, and the other is Salty Carmella and OMG!!! I love to support local and this made it easy with how fresh and tasteythese all were. Read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! I had placed a order with them 2 weeks ago for a event, when my mom went to go for the cupcakes... 1.they were so rude for no reason they don?t know how to treat people , they didn?t show us the cupcakes before giving it to us& when my mom saw the cupcakes in the car the icing was melted off 2.the icing on my cupcakes were melted off & they wanted toblame us for that when we barley picked them up & the MANGER shouldn?t be a manger she does not know how to treat people withrespect she was yelling at us and kept saying she was going to hang up so that so called Manger needs to be fired &they are sounprofessional never again! Very surprised by the numerous reviews saying the staff is rude because we just had the complete opposite experience. Very sweet... and helpful lady was working when we stopped by an hour or so ago (she told us anything that wasn?t out displayed right then shecould decorate quickly for us). That would probably be a good option for anyone who doesn?t want as much icing on their cupcakes(we noticed a few reviews mentioning that, as well)? just request to be decorated with less. As with all things, people havevarious preferences. In our opinion, the cupcakes are really good? definitely recommend the Carmello cupcake which has caramelfilling (not too much? just enough to make it super moist & yummy). It takes perfection (which is incredibly rare) for us togive a 5 star review, but this was a solid 4 star experience and we?ll go back again when in the area. I believe our 4 cupcakeswere around $17.
