This location?s service has declined over the last year. We don?t go as often because we?ve been served melted blizzards... multiple times. I decided to ask about the free ice cream when they repeatedly didn?t flip it upside down (because they couldn?tdue to them being melted) and the guy literally took my ice cream out of my hand and halfway turned it and said ?here ya go.???????????? The lady who greeted us at the counter gave us excellent service, and she made us feel comfortable despite us not knowing what... to order (and after running around town only to find multiple places closing their kitchens, one after theother) Unfortunately, the amount of food for the amount of money we spent did NOT live up to standards. Neither did the qualityof the food. I get this is 2022, but I feel you can still get more for less that tastes better. That said, the frozen treatthat I got with my meal was quite nice, and took the edge of the frustration I had been dealing with at the time. Chocolate ice cream had a nasty bitter taste. Something wrong with it for sure. Add to that several mistakes made to the order.... Also rude employees. Third time served with attitude. I?ll got al the way to 151st st from here on. Read more
The service was terrible...we waited for our drinks a long time, we were finished with our dinners...and had to ask for them... twice. And they need someone who works with the public at the register to talk better english. Could not understand me and icouldnt understand her. Very frustrating. Wont go back there. Read more

This is the BEST DQ I have ever seen. Beautiful clean store. The service was IMPRESSIVE. Our server was very knowledgeable and... pointed out the deals that were currently going one. our food was hot and speedy. I would definitely recommend this as a placeto take the family for a quick meal or maybe just to grab a treat. Keep up the good work. Read more
