I wanted this to be more then what it was. After living in the area for 2.5 years I finally stopped by. When they brought the... burger out it looked amazing but I was highly disappointed in the taste. There was no flavor even with blue cheese and bacon onit. It definitely wasn't worth the 15 I paid for it. Also the service wasn't anything to write home about. They didn't check onme once while I was eating other then to bring my check. I will not be going back unless it's to eat for free because the pricejust isn't worth it. Read more

I ordered the French toast with the strawberry drizzle. It was delicious to the taste but the toast was cold & soggy & the... restaurant was empty. The bacon was cold & soggy No crispness at all. Even the coffee was cold. Food had to be sitting in asteam table. The can do better but obviously we didn't matter. Read more

Had a lunch date with one of my friends after a visit to the American jazz Museum. We went in late in the lunch hour and had the... good fortune of having George as our waiter. I had one of the best Cuban sandwiches and delicious risotto balls at this place.Oh, AND perfect half and half iced tea! It’s got a relaxed vibe with a lot of wood, metal and comfortable seating in elevatedbooths. If you see this guy working (see photo), ask to be seated in his station. He was great! This restaurant had been on my ???? list for some time. I visited for the first time with a former colleague, her husband, and... their daughter. When we entered there was only one other diner. We had our choice of seating. Plenty of ????. Therefore,plenty of natural lighting. There were booths and tables. I ordered the Voodoo Shrimp from the After 5 selection. The ???? wasplump and juicy but I disliked the voodoo. There was too much liquid, and too many vegetables. The consistency was not to myliking. Thankfully, I ordered the Grilled Salmon to go because I was still famished. The grilled salmon was good. My colleaguehad the District Club from the On Bread section. She seemed to enjoy her meal. The atmosphere was amazing. Our waiter was polite and attentive. I had the chicken and waffles plus a side of bacon and... potatoes. The waffle was light and fluffy. I loves it. The chicken was nicely seasoned but a little overcooked as well as thepotatoes. The bacon was good but for my taste, it could have been cooked a little longer. I also had 2 raspberry hibiscusmimosas they were delicious. My best friend had a pineapple on but it was gross. You couldn't taste the pineapple at all.Overall I would go back just to try other things on the menu. Read more
