Placed an order online for pick up said it would be ready in 15 mins. Waited 30 mins to give then extra time then headed to the... store. Get there around 2 pm on a Monday and the doors are locked and no one is around. I bammed on the door and stood there forover 15 mins till some random dude not even in uniform comes from the back to let me in. He didn't even look like he workedthere but gave me my pizza. Got back to work....this was the nastiest pizza I've ever had from an establishment. From thereviews I should of known better....never again will I buy anything from this store. Read more
Let me start off with the cliche, ?I?d give 0 stars if I could.? I am staying in KC this weekend from out of state and saw that... this place closed at 12AM. I ordered one medium pizza at approximately 1130PM with an estimated time of completion of 1145PM.Delivery wasn?t an option so we drove 10 minutes from our hotel to carry out. I saw the pizza was ?ready for pick up? as I usedthe tracker app as I have in the past while ordering close to home. Upon arrival, the door was locked so I knocked on the glassdoor and called the store but got no response. I?m 6?6? and pretty sure both employees looked right at me but they were too busyyelling at each other to do anything. If I was the owner, I?d dock these employees pay by at least 15 minutes for their lastshift of their last pay check. I?d take your business elsewhere, and definitely don?t pay until you receive your food. Read more
Quite possibly the poorest ran pizza establishment I?ve ever encountered. The pizza was ordered for delivery and never arrived... although it was marked as completed. We tried to call the store and was on hold after hold as someone kept answering the phonethen disconnecting us immediately. Frustrated, I drove down to the store to investigate and was greeted by a crowd of peoplewaiting outside for the same issue, who informed me the store was locked (during business hours). There was a gentleman insidescrolling on his phone, and finally after banging on the window he greeted us, and stated he has no idea what was going on. Idemanded the manager (who was hiding in the back) and he apologized for the door being locked, even stating that it shouldn?thave been. Nobody had any answers because clearly they were just sitting around not working. I had to wait in store for my orderto be made fresh and the entire time the phone was ringing off the hook with nobody ever fielding the calls. Do yourself a favorand save yourself from the headache, as this store is ran by a group of incompetent, lazy workers. Read more
This is, without question, the worst pizza place I have ever known. I understand that domino's isn't fancy and I still normally... like it. This place is like a black hole of quality. Undercooked pizzas, completely incorrect orders, abysmal service, ungodlywait times, and questionable overall business practice. This should be a good location for fast food pizza and instead it is anembarrassment to the concept of food. I hate this location. Dominoes should close this location. This place makes me question ifI even like pizza at all. Read more
I had a TERRIBLE experience here originally and gave them a 1/5. I ordered online, the pizza tracker never updated, I called and... called and no one answered, but I was charged, so I drove there anyway two hours later thinking they were just really busy. Itwas closed with no sign or anything. I submitted multiple complaints with Domino's online and waited weeks with no response. Itried everything possible, but couldn't get anyone at corporate over the phone. So a month later, I went to the store again. Iasked for a refund or for them to just fill the order. I was expecting resistance, but the new night manager, Jordan, listenedto me and immediately offered to make it right. He made the pizzas himself in front of me and threw in a dessert for theinconvenience. Based on the reviews, this location has CLEARLY had issues for a while but reconsider ordering from them (after 5PM, anyway). Thank you, Jordan! I hope KC treats you well! Read more
Have no idea what these "Karen-esque" 1 star reviews are about. Anyway, absolutely great people there but probably understaffed.... Picked up phone quick, friendly as hell @ pickup too. Pizza was perfect & loaded way beyond the normal dominos. Probably thesecond best site I've visited in the chain. Thanks! Edit: A couple weeks later & another masterpiece, thanks again! Read more
Didn't eat at Domino's for years because it had gotten so bad, but when they moved in less than a block away we gave it a try... again 1st, 2nd really Bad, year later 3rd really really good, month after that horrible 2 pizzas neither not even close to whatwas ordered on top of waiting almost an hour on a Sunday night Read more
These people randomly cancel your online order, constantly let the phone ring, and seem pretty understaffed, including delivery... drivers. When they make a pizza it tastes fine like a Domino's Pizza anywhere else. But they don't do that very oftenapparently... Read more
