I am so tired of coming through the drive thru and getting charged for a Latte when all I wanted was a iced coffee. The lady... told me that they raised prices when I ordered a iced coffee but come to find out when looking the receipts that wasn?t theissue the issue was that I was being charged for a latte and not a ICED COFFEE for like the 3rd time. I understand that you havenew staff but please do better training I do not like my coffee being messed up and I KNOW that nobody else likes it messed upeither! Read more
As a donut place that only serves donuts you have 1 job... and that is to produce donuts! Everytime you go there... you should... basically assume that they are out of everything that are looking for. The staff is a mess and couldn't be bothered to conveyeffective customer service. This by far has been the worst location I've ever been to other Dunkin' donut. It work nothing less of disrespectful, short and... rude. Customer service is something that they should definitely figure out before working with the public ever again includingmanagement. Staff at this location can't be bothered to communicate. When it is your turn to order, you'll maybe get a "Welcome to Dunkin"... at most. No prompt such as "What can I get for you?" which leaves you wondering if they're actually ready to take your order.They will end by asking "Is that it?" and not provide a total or any other response. Service at the window isn't any better. Atleast half the time, donuts are provided face down in the bag and melted, causing all the icing to get lost. Drinks areinconsistent, generally a burnt taste that we don't get at other locations. Seems really poorly managed in all aspects. Read more
Giving 2 stars because the staff is always kind no matter how short staffed they are. Today I had my last straw with product... quality. I ordered all glazed munchkins and this is what I got. Went inside to get what I ordered and the woman said theirbuilding is too hot and the glaze melted. Okay that?s fine, BUT WHY SELL THE PRODUCT???? That is being nice. This used to be my go to store its not even a mile from my house and on my way to work. But I stopped... coming to this store 3 months ago because of the rude, eye rolling people that work here. I will continue to drive all the wayto antioch to get dunkin because this store is awful. Today was my breaking point with this store after 3 months I just wantedto grab a quick coffee. I asked for a large brown sugar cold brew. First sge gives me someone else odrer dorsnt dumo it out iwanted her give it to the next people in line after me. That is not okay. So then They gave me my order its not right. Theygive me a medium so I said hey this isn't right she so the girl just dumps the medium it in a large cup adds more ice amd handsit back to me. Non of this is okay. I'll go back to antioch where at least they are not serving people drinks I have alreadyhad my hands all over and they are not rude to me. This while store needs some real training. Read more
Just got my iced coffee. The ice is almost melted. It?s supposed to be sweet flavors and sugar. It?s really hard to drink. I... come here every other day and I find it the cheapest coffee price. But the taste of the coffee always taste different, like theydon?t have a recipe to follow. Things are so expensive now, I?d really appreciate more consistency. Quit hiring these kids doesn?t know how to make drinks. I ordered this new drink iced toasted white chocolate mocha latte and I... asked her why it looks different and it wasn?t toasted and she told me ? we are out? ???? I was so confused of what she meant soI told her the whip cream does not look like it was toasted. She said ? I don?t know what you are asking? so I said I want myrefund and I don?t want the drink. She was rude. I ordered it before so I know what it looks like. She?s a white girl with fakeblonde hair.
