Calamari is so delicious and lobster Bisque soup had lobster in it…I will always give Eddie V’s 5 stars because I’ve been... there with friends and everything was nice. This time it was an educational event with coworkers. My only complaint is why ordera steak medium and they give you one that’s well done. My wife and I decided to go to Eddie V's for our 6th wedding anniversary, to get some fine dining. Let me say that not only is... the food great but the service is impeccable. And not only is the food great, they also have good sized portions. Oftentimeswhen you go to a place like this, there isn't a lot of food. But here, the food covers the WHOLE plate lol. Not only is the staff very professional and courteous, but the food and portions are actually good and plentiful. Hard to roll... ourselves out of there lol. Definitely a place worth checking out when you have the extra coin! My birthday dinner was wellworth it and I'll be going back! Read more
You like an upper scale restaurant in Kansas City? Here's a good place with a good reputation. I had the Sea Bass my wife had... the shrimp dish. We were both pleased with our dinner. We especially enjoyed the bread that they served. Service was verygood. You don't come here because you're hungry, you come here because you wish to be entertained gastronomically. The service from checking in to the bar and to the table was great. The food was very good I love the crab cake, the lobster fry... rice, the bread and the Spanish. But my salmon was under cook that is no no for me first I know how to cook and my littlebrother is a chef at Kiki on the River. I ask the for my wife steak to be well well well done and they still under cook half ofit. But I would like to go again one Day to give them a second chance. Look at the salmon picture. Read more
We took advantage of Restaurant Week and made reservations at Eddie V's. This was our first visit, and we were very much... impressed! Our server, Lauren, was great at explaining everything and giving us recommendations. I tried the Hope Diamond, oneof their signature drinks, and highly recommended it!! Everyone at our table had a great meal, although my steak came outmedium-rare instead of medium. The server immediately took it back, and it was fixed quickly. The manager even stopped by thetable to apologize. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will plan on returning! Read more
Amazing atmosphere, high quality service, pleasing and delicious food. Everything cooked perfectly: from appetizers to dessert.... You can even the quality of soy sauce is top. Yes, it is expensive place, but totally worth it! Read more
