The young guy behind the counter was high as a kite. Reeking of pot he tried to take my order. He probably thought he was... speaking in a normal voice but he was whispering. The older dude then stepped in. He took my order and prepared it. Deliciouscookie and good ice cream - but the $9 for a box of empty calories left me feeling guilty. I sat outside and ate my treat whichwas the best part of the experience. As I stood up to walk back to my hotel - the older dude passed me on the street and hesaid hello. The smell of pot wafted over me as he passed. Maybe he was just better at working high than his youngco-worker. Next time I?ll find a different treat. Read more
I was in town for a concert and wanted ice cream after, I found this place and thought it looked sweet! Well.. the concert was... done and everyone swamped the store. I was in line near the front before the crowd got there. The staff looked overwhelmed.Their system conveniently "went down" and refused the entire crowd. I asked if I could pay in cash and the whole crew was fed upwith me asking. I think they were rude and I don't think I'll be back to try again. I mean they could've made hand over fistcash from that crowd just sayin. Read more
Wow this place is small! There was a couple people behind us and already by then I was getting claustrophobic. We went kinda... late, almost at midnight, and the cashiers were quite rude. The cookies were kept warm but there were so many options not instock. In the end, we enjoyed the cookies but the experience was underwhelming. It's a good option late at night when you wantsomething tasty after some drinking or partying, but otherwise I'd pass at this location. Read more
We came a long way to get some great cookies. Three girls working. One reluctantly decided to help us. They had run out of cream... cheese frosting, chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and they still had about 4-5 hrs till closing. We are standing there watchingone employee eat cookies behind the counter, the very ones they had just run out of, Seriously! We got some other cookies withchocolate icing and it was poorly put together like a 3 year old did it. Very Disappointed! Read more
We had some ice cream ???? and it was so good ????. Very creamy and to be honest it wasn?t too much sweet. It was very good and... their cookies ???? wow ???? delicious ????. Warm, soft and moist . Definitely will come back Read more

Stopped in here on one of the super hot days for some ice cream. The moose tracks ice cream was really good. The small size is... all you need, it?s very rich. They could have worked a little harder to keep a clean looking store. And though the guy at thecounter said the cookies were fresh, I highly doubt it. Read more
The worst location I?ve been to. Awful customer service, one woman was literally on the phone while at the register. No menu... present outside of some printed paper stuck to the wall. Homeless people everywhere (inside and out). No sanitaryprecautions. Not to mention these are the smallest, flattest, worst Insomnia Cookies I?ve ever received. Absolutely wish Icould return them.
