This is my new favorite lunch spot. I prefer to eat a healthy lunch, either a salad or a sandwich or a healthy soup. (This way I... can go all unhealthy for dinner, lol.) I do not like anything heavy for lunch and I don't eat a lot of meat. I am surprised bythe breadth of selection at Jason's deli. They have a ton of different kinds of sandwiches including avocado toast which is oneof my favorites! You can also pair sandwiches with soups or salads with soups whatever combination you prefer. One of the lasttimes we went here we decided to order one of their desserts. We actually ended up getting two, the strawberry shortcake and oneof the blueberry cookies. One of the servers agreed that the cookies are a little bit pricey at three plus dollars which I wouldagree with. The strawberry shortcake was slightly higher but way more worth it. The strawberries were fresh as was the entiredessert, fresh cream and short cake. It is really hard to find good homemade desserts let alone healthy or alternatives to gowith it. We order from here once a week because it's close to work. The food is good when it's actually prepared correctly but too many... times they've messed up our order or just forgot to put all the food in the bag. I shouldn't have to check the bag beforeleaving...what if it was a door dash order and the driver couldn't open the stapled bag? I don't understand whats so difficultabout making sure everything is there and correct. I guess it's my fault I don't account for their incompetence and expect whatI order. Read more

Upon reaching the register to order, we were not greeted by the cashier. She was short and cold with us. A receipt was not... given, we had to ask for one. The menu has changed slightly and some items were eliminated. I like the smaller portion size ofthe child's salad bar and that item has been removed from the menu (POST-COVID) Food was excellent as usual. My cravings forthe salad bar was met by Jason's deli salad bar. Over all, a great visit but the customer service at the register was less thedesirable. I gave a low number overall because this and in my experience only this Jason's Deli do not make you feel welcomed but a bother.... I never eat there only to get the salad bar for my mom and myself to go. I add this information, so everyone can understand thelittle interaction I have with the employees and how unwanted as a customer and unwelcome to patriot this establishment. 5 starsfor the food, freshness and quality, but not for choices.
