Service here sucks. We?ve placed multiple orders for delivery and tipped every time and more often than not, they call saying... they are too busy to deliver or don?t deliver anything and we are left waiting. We had to call tonight after an hour to figureout where our order was, we were informed the driver ?attempted to call? (we didn?t receive a single call or text) and that ?ifhe was willing to deliver our sandwich, it would be at least 30 minutes?. What do you mean ?willing to deliver?? We paid forsandwiches and tipped, obviously we are wanting our food. And why were we not informed so we can make other arrangements? Thisis the worst jimmy johns with the worst service. We were told we had to pickup our sandwiches that had been sitting there for atleast an hour at that point or get a refund. We wouldn?t have tipped and paid a fee to get them delivered if we could?ve justpicked them up ourselves. We went with a refund which I will definitely be on the look out for to ensure it actually makes itinto our account. Maybe the employee won?t be ?willing? to submit a refund for us after the atrocious service. Read more

Tried to place and order through the drive through. They were out of the bread for the children's sandwiches, stated the order... was for a 2 year old and that I didn't need a regular sandwich and asked if I could just cut down the regular bread and do thesame order, don't care what it looks like it's for a child, the worker said ok, placed my order. Got the total and was beingcharged for a regular. I said I'm not paying the same price for half a sandwich you cut down. He then stated, Just leave, Idon't care. This was at 2:20 today so you can check your staff who have zero customer service. My 2 year old said as we droveaway "he was not a nice boy". Sad my 2 year old has more courtesy and understanding of how to treat people. Read more
They make sandwiches very quickly, indeed. I found my sandwich to have been made exactly as requested, and they had it to me as... I was finishing paying for it. It was delicious! The restaurant was very clean, the rest rooms were clean, the parking lot wasin good shape. I will definitely be buying more sandwiches here. Read more
Love Jimmy John?s! Have not had a bad sandwich. Staff very nice and friendly. Even gave my dogs a treat.
