It took more than 2 hours to receive my order and the manager hung up the phone and voided my order when I tried to politely... find out why it was taking so long. I've had multiple bad experiences with this Jimmy John's location and will make sure not togive them another chance. Read more

Ordered beach club asked for it to be cut in half it was not there was literally only one piece of turkey stretched across... entire sandwich there was a very minor amount of avocado spread on one end was mostly a lettuce sandwich bread was hard on thebottom this place has went down hill fast I use to eat here 2 to 3 times a week but not anymore Read more

Nevermind the naysayers,this JJs is the greatest. They also stay extremely busy most of the time they are open,but manage always... to get my sandwich made quickly,or delivered super quickly,every time i order. So I logged in to order a sandwich. When I got to finalize my order I noticed that the delivery charge was $5.00. I'm 4 blocks... away. So that means my 7.99 sandwich and .50 cent kicking ranch turn into a 15 dollor meal with taxes, no thanks just for asandwich. Then they want a tip on top of that. So I called the store to ask about the 5.00 delivery charge. The rude lady sayswe have no control over the delivery charge. Excuse me but if you have no control why are u in business. ?Freaky slow? is actually the motto of this location. I keep giving them a chance thinking there?s no way it will always take... an hour + beyond my delivery time to get my food. I even placed an order before they opened hoping it would be put in first?well sure enough it?s been 45 minutes past the time and still nothing. ???? I also called to check and they said it was on it?sway! They must be taking smoke breaks during the four minute drive to my location or something. I really can?t think of why elseit would take so insanely long. This is definitely a ?fool me twice, shame on me? situation. So just know if you want to orderfrom here, schedule it HOURS before you even think you will be hungry. Read more

Order from this location at least every other week for myself and monthly a big catering order for the office. About a month... ago, I ordered a combo and they forgot my drink. I called the store and they offered to either bring the drink or give me acredit for my entire order. I chose the credit so the delivery driver didn't have to come back for one measly drink. Today, Icalled the store to use my credit and was rudely informed no credit existed on my account and "they wouldn't give a $10 creditfor just the drink missing." Okay, y'all are the ones that offered me the $10 credit I didn't ask for it. LOL. I will startspending our small business's money elsewhere! TL;DR: Manager was super rude through her employee and they didn't keep theirword on the credit they offered. Read more

I have to agree with most of the comments other have left. Although the food did taste good and was to-order, the delivery was... anything but "freaky fast." In total it took 40 minutes for the sandwich to arrive and I realize the extra paid in delivery feeand tip wasn't worth it. The sandwich was good, but hard for me to be excited about this location. If you're in a hurry,definitely don't get something delivered from here. Read more
