Ordered 8 pc dark chicken meal and 8 pc chicken tender meal. All the chicken was hard and greasy because it was recooked or just... dipped in old grease. Mashed potatoes was running. Only good thing was the soft biscuits. Terrible food and they are always outof dark meat way too early. $51.27 for a messed up dinner. Read more

I'm not saying all the one star reviews are wrong, but it's not the experience I had. My order was online. When I arrived they... told me to pull through. Greeted me warmly at the window and immediately produced my order. Everything correct. Chicken wasfresh and falling off the bone. I won't tell you this was a life affirming experience. It was classic chicken from KFC. Hopefully what I saw was the norm and they turned themselves around. Read more
Ordered online for pickup. Husband came to pick up, it was sealed up. And of course, they forgot our mashed potatoes. With... gas at 4.37/gallon and workers wanting $15 an hour I expect my order to be correct. Went back to the location and no apology oranything. This isn't the first time they have messed up! Just got home with my order. Make sure you have them put the gravy in a separate bag from the mashed potatoes. I ordered a 12... piece meal with three sides of large mashed potatoes and gravy I only got two containers of gravy and one of them spilled allinside the bag. It was a nasty mess. It's super slow the workers were not clean. There was a lady driving a blue lancer, was outside talking to a guy in her car,... while the DJ e was slammed packed... also she raised her voice at me saying the lobby is shut down.. once I got my chicken, itwas not fresh.. and I was waiting in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes Read more

I just spent $25 at this location and I must say it was a mistake! The chicken tenders were very hard and old I can?t believe... they sold me that junk as food! The quality of the chicken is the worst I?ve seen in a long time. When I called the manager sheknew the chicken tenders were bad.
