We have always loved LaMar's Donuts. They are the best. You get your money's worth. Our favorites are the unfilled chocolate... long johns, the twist and the glaze. The staff are really professional and courtesy. The service is good and fast. Read more

I have loved Lamar's since I was a kid. My grandpa would drive to Kansas City from Lawrence to get Lamar's and I always looked... forward to wolfing down a monster maple long John and a chocolate glazed donut and cruellers and old fashioneds on and on thelist goes. TO THIS DAY I still love Lamar's and the last two times I went in I was blessed with some absolute gems, all theaforementioned pastries were on my proverbial plate (which was actually just the bag mushed flat in my lap because I couldn'twait to reach my destination [I know, I know I should stop eating donuts and driving, I should know better, my first caraccident involved donuts and driving]) and those babies have stood the test of time.
