Got the pasta trio. One of the pastas wasnt to our liking. It was a shrimp pasta in an olive oil sauce I believe. We had... multiple servings of the other two but the shrimp pasta went almost untouched. The next table over was close enough that wecould clearly see that everyone on that table left most of the shrimp pasta on their plates too. Read more

The overall customer service experience was just above average. The whole dining experience was so rushed for this price point,... but it was a Saturday night. However, the food and beverage we had were simply delicious, so I would come back. I think nexttime I would come on a week night. Also, I would recommend ordering off the menu versus the the trio of pasta offering. Thepastas were good but you could tell they are made in batches. Read more

We came here during Lidia's 24th restaurant anniversary so it was a fixed menu and it was FABULOUS. I got the salmon and my bf... got the osso buco and they were delicious. The atmosphere at the restaurant was perfect. It wasn't super loud even though itwas packed in here and it was cool without being cold. Anna was our waitress and see was the best. Super knowledgeable about themenu and very personable. The time between the set course was perfect, the portion size was great and the Lidia herself wasthere and was taking pictures with patrons. 10/10 highly recommend if you're ever in KC!! Read more

This was a great experience, food and service wise. The building is beautiful. We had an 8:30 pm reservation on a holiday... weekend and I’m glad we did. This place was hopping. We got seated right on time and they had a nice garden area to waitoutside. Our waitress was great and others jumped in where needed as it was busy and full. We were in no rush, so we took ourtime ordering. We started off with the burrata. It was a perfect mix of a little spice with the tomato paste and a cooling ofthe burrata. It was a nice way to start. The food overall was delicious and they noted it’s all made from scratch. Their threecourse unlimited chef’s pasta was well worth the value. The Caesar salad was large, coated well but not soggy, and had crunchycroutons. The pastas for the evening were pretty much all of my favorite things, so it was a win there. When they served yourpasta, they bring it out in pans and serve you at your table which is fun. My husband got the duck on recommendation and it wascooked beautifully. The cherry and polenta were nice touches and the asparagus was cooked well. The dessert, fantastic! It was amoist pistachio cake with roasted strawberries and a tart and sweet strawberry sorbet. I wish we lived closer, but we willdefinitely be back! Read more
