Im absolutely disappointed in the food I got it has absolutely and I mean absolutely no flavor on my catfish! I had ordered... extra lemon pepper and I can barley taste that because the taste catfish nuggets which taste like it was just dumped in dirtyGreese is overwhelming. I've been there twice in the past four days. I hate the prices. The first time the food was slap your momma good the fries were... so crisp but the last time I ordered mac and cheese ???? I want my money back it tasted like I was eating cardboard. They needsome black people cooking the Mac and cheese and the fries was soggy and tasteless. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and greet everyone with a SMILE. There are 2 locations - I have only gone to the Troost... location. Very clean, you can see the clean kitchen, along with the cooks, wearing masks and gloves, The order is always HOT,fresh and ready at the time they state. GREAT QUALITY food. I have not tried any fish...yet. My brother says it was really good.Fried Okra... enough said? ???? The chicken pieces are large and good. I always get Jumbo shrimp. The shrimp are true to theirname! My first time trying Luna?s today and I must say Fire. Food was fresh from the chick to the chicken and even the fries!!! Prices... are reasonable I mean I didn?t have any complaints I just hope that they stay the same and don?t switch up. There is a place that make chicken wings on like 78th and Troost and their chicken is very good. I?ve visited this place a few... times and I was very pleased with their fried chicken and sides, they sale the wings buy the pan they also sale fish. So thelast few times I have been there they must have been rushed with orders because the wings I have gotten some still have featherson them. If you want people to stop patronizing your restaurant there are certain things you can do one is that having a staffwith a bad attitude,two is not having a clean establishment,three not cleaning you product thoroughly. I would like to keeppatronizing this establishment but if you guys don?t care enough about your customers to clean you chicken properly I will notbe able to support your restaurant so I hope that you can correct this problem or if it was just a mishap recently because ofthe holidays please see that this issue is addressed.
