We made our order and waited in line in the drive thru. We finally got to the window and they made us tell them our whole order... again. She then gave us a different total than what it was at the ordering box. THEN she starts handing us food and says it?s?cash only?. WHY wasn?t this told to us while ordering???? We had no cash so she wouldn?t let us take the food. Such a waste ofour time and a waste of food/coffee that they probably just threw out. It was their own fault for not telling us it?s cash onlywhile ordering. The least they could?ve done is let us have our food that they were gonna throw out?. Read more
I hate going to this location... Literally THE SLOWEST McDonald's in all of KC I swear... The only reason I didn't go to a... different one is bcuz of the convenience of the location but never again.. literally took 10-15minutes to actually order andthen another 10-15 minutes just to get my food... I really try not to go to any of these places. But convenience is just around the corner. Bought two breakfast burritos and an... egg and cheese biscuit. Got the burritos and a stale moldy muffin instead. Read more
Unfortunately this franchise is ran by very unprofessional ppl. The manager is rude and lacks customer service skills. In return... that Same attitude is reflected on the youth that they are attempting to manage. Read more
Literally the worst mcdonalds there is. Constantly waiting 30+ minutes for 2 mcchickens and then they are dry, scorched and... nasty. No matter what time of day it is either. I have gone during non peak hours and same results. Read more
Very slow in drive thur we sat at #1 reserve for over10 minutes
I frequent random McDonald's on a daily basis. This is the only location I have known to stop their curbside assistance at 7:00... p.m. . So I normally do not use curbside assistance after 7:00 p.m. I still say it was a great service. I had to go into thelocation to retrieve my order, but that was no problem. The person handling my order was very polite and asked if I neededanything else which is a plus. Not to mention I felt no bad vibes when I walked into this establishment. Food was better than the staff. Had to wait for over 15 minutes while they reorganized when they should've been taking orders.... It was friendly and clean though, I will say that. Maybe this was just an off day. Read more
