I come in and they are not answering the drive thru monitor. I have a mobile order. So I wait to get to the front so I can see... what's going on. They said they are closed at 9pm when they normally close at 11pm. I asked if something happened. The ladyproceeded to say They don't have enough people so they have to close early. Now that's understandable what's not understandableis why they wouldn't put a sign outside the McDonald's to let them know that due to not have enough people they're closingearly. Instead I'm greeted with somebody that has a s***** attitude even though I'm being nice to them. Then they're giving memy order instead of giving me my money back where they gave me cold fries and cold nuggets. This was highly unprofessional andI'm highly irritated. Read more
I like the fact that they give me in and out. But I don't like the fact that they have the robot that sometimes don't understand... what you're saying but that's just like an employee lol. And they don't never put the correct amount of sugar in my coffee butbesides that it's a great restaurant ???? Read more
It gets 1 star because I can't give a ZERO! This is by far the worst location I have ever been to! Sat in drive through for over... 10 minutes to receive half a container of ice cold fries AND my sandwich made wrong AFTER I double checked the order was takencorrectly at the window and still had to ask for my drink! It?s bad enough that this McDonald?s ain?t that good but to have rude staff as well. On this day early morning around 10am I had... a staff member (apparently his name is Steven) here get mad at me for getting my order wrong. I had a missing item and he gonsay another staff and himself verified the order and that the order was correct. Well if it was correct I wouldn?t be back herewould I. Ice cream machine was down again. It's an easy fix and I don't know why they can't figure out that they are overfilling the... machine with ice cream mix and when the heat cycle hits overnight it's locking the machine up. Also, why do none of the storeskeep their lights on when they are open anymore? Why does this store and many other in the KC metro area want to give theappearance that they are closed? Read more

The heifer at the register was super rude. I went through the drive thru around 5:45am. I mean, why are you that rude and cold... early in the morning? She looked like a manager too. She was so cold, it made me leary about eating my food (which ended upmaking me sick). I do understand that they may have been short staffed that early but, don't take it out on the customers.
