I went to the drive-thru. Waited a solid 20 minutes for a single Big Mac. Went inside to ask and they said they forgot. There... were barely customers inside so there shouldn't have been an excuse. ???????? Read more
This location should be removed as 24/hr operation. I stop at this location often at 4am and they are closed. Very inconsistent.... I think they just work when they feel like it. Always a different excuse. The last 3 visits. Truck broke down in drive through,more than likely belonged to employee. Next visit, they are still preparing breakfast at 4:20am, not opening for another 10min.Other visit, computers down, and not sure when they are coming back on. Always something.... Ever since the pandemic McDonald's service has gone down hill. I dread going there. Half the time my orders are incorrect. Then... when I try to fix it at the window the employee, using someone new, is indifferent to my issue. This visit McDonald's is usingan automated system to take my verbal order in the drive through. After giving my order the system asked me to verify order onscreen. I couldn't because it was either turned off or broken. But I knew my order was wrong because the price the system quotedwas only $3.97 and I knew it should be at least $10.00. The employee at the cashier window corrected my order. When I got topick-up window the young girl tried to hand me a happy meal. I informed her that was not mine and when I politely tried to tellher my order she turned her back on me. Long story shorter she attempted to give me three more orders. Each time she turned herback on me when I tried to tell her what I ordered. Finally got right bag of food, but I didn't get my drinks and she hadalready closed the window. I had to knock to get her attention. She gave me my drinks after I explained that I didn't get them.This is not an isolated incident. It is happening everywhere. Read more
Stood at the front for 30 minutes trying to get somebody to acknowledge that I was even there. Employees looked at me but never... helped me. I even tried to talk to a few different employees and was completely ignored. I was being completely pleasant. Worstcustomer service I?ve ever experienced. Store should honestly be closed down. I?ve never written a review to any place and theservice was so bad I felt I had to write a review and warn people just make another 10 min drive to any other McDonald?s? trustme it?s worth the trip not to go into this absolutely terrible excuse of a restaurant. I really don't know how to make it any easier for you guys. Put order in online, literally nothing can be "lost in translation"... or misunderstood..... Already paid for.....all you guys had to do was hand it to me. I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese andextra cheese. I received a whole plain biscuit, no sausage patty, no cheese. Do you even offer a plain biscuit to order!?Normally I let the little things go and move on with life. But this location along with service in general has gone down thetoilet.
