Always have pretty good service at this location and don't really recall ever having any orders messed up. The crew always seems... to be in good spirits and friendly. Food quality is fresh and good, being that it is fast food after all. Read more
We placed an order online. Went to pick up only for them to give us the wrong order. Ended up waiting FORTY MINUTES to get our... correct food?. Had it not been for the fact it was already paid online, we would?ve left 15 minutes into waiting. So I don?t why I keep giving this McDonald?s a chance to redeem themselves but here we are. So tonight I stopped my this... McDonald?s and the gentleman taking the order was rude and left a lot to be desired the simplest thing (which is giving me mytotal after I order is the least he could do) but no he just says ?pull around?. Then I pay and am sitting behind a car waitingto get my food. I?m watching the car in front of me they hand them a bag and I?m expecting to pull up after sitting there about2 minutes. However he hands her the bag back and she hands him a different bag and a drink. I pull I look in the window and abag is sitting by the register. It?s the bag he just gave back. She hands me the bag that?s sitting and there. I say to herdidn?t you just give this bag to the car in front of me? She replies yes but he didn?t touch anything. I immediately startthinking he sat there long enough to see it wasn?t his order. Also fries are not covered just in a container, so I?m thinkingit?s impossible he didn?t touch anything he touched enough stuff to realize it wasn?t his order. I said how do you know hedidn?t touch anything she says ? i can just rebag it if you want? so I?m thinking you want to rebag the same food a persontouched. That?s your answer??? Her response is well he didn?t touch anything so that?s all I can do. I pulled off three the foodaway and am writing this review and will the store in the morning to talk with the manager. Profoundly bad. The service in the drive through was the slowest I've seen this year. They were out of quarter pounders, the... chicken sandwich tasted like fish, and they charged me for a regular cup of water (not to mention everything else wasoverpriced). Heck, it was cheaper for me to eat at Chick-fil-a earlier that day and they are much higher quality! Read more
Dirty. Place is not well managed. Sad. Notice the floors with dried soda/ juice. While dining in they did not provide the trays... for food and just threw it in a To-go bag. We only had dirty tables to choose from and had to clean it ourselves. Read more
The worse McDonald?s ever! We were walking up to the building to go inside and the employee looked the door in my kids faces!... The sign on the door said lobby closes at 7pm. It was 5:40pm. It need to be torn down and rebuilt with better employees. OneManager has been there forever and she is terrible. This is not good for the franchise. And only 1 drive through microphoneworks and that?s been for years. Very junky just like the employees! There is no way this place makes any money. Read more
