Chicken Nuggets, were freshest I have ever tasted. Service was so fast. Haven't been thru such a fast service Drive thru.
Be ready to wait at least 30 minutes for anything you order on the drive-thru even if it?s just french fries. This is the worst... McDonald?s in all of Kansas City. Make yourself a favor and drive a little bit more and find another one. Served me a very pink quarter pounder and undercooked French fries, I would have returned it but what's the point when the next... meal would have been gross as well? That's money and time I will never get back. I guess I'm just done with Mcdonalds. Whathappened mcdonald? You used to be in the barest of minimums okay at best, now every single visit is just awful. Just went to McDonald?s and went to the drive up the person on the microphone asked us ?do you want to order on the app?? I... said, ?No, thank you? she proceeds to huff into the microphone and asks our order. I gave it the entire time she is huffing likeher entire job is unbearable. We get up to the window and we are not greeted the man at the window is talking ?yeah all theseentitled people? we pay and the lady from the microphone tossed our food at us and is just plan rude. She was also out ofuniform with her tank top hanging out. Got my micflury and it wasn?t even blended just candy thrown on top and half filled withice cream. We will not be back. An awful experience. Avoid this location at all costs, unless you want to risk food poisoning. They served my boyfriend burgers that were VERY raw.... And from the looks of the reviews, this isn't the first time this has happened either. Safe to say we are officially done withMcDonalds. Get new cooks! Read more
I ordered a quarter classic and a big Mac meal and a mcchicken. The big Mac and the mcChicken were good, but the quarter... pounders were NOT cooked all the way. I tried to call the store but the first time the line was busy and when I called back noone answered. We threw away the quarter pounder. Edited: Someone finally reached out. Her name was Joanie and she was extremelyapologetic. They can not refund me but said they will send me gift cards and she said she will investigate who was working andcooking that night. When I was able to reach the store, the manager who answered did not seem to believe me as I said the girlin the window did not give me a receipt but I have proof with my bank statement and the order modification. She said without areceipt she could not do anything for me but I can reach out to Joanie. I probably won't use those gift cards anytime soon, butat least she is trying to apologize as opposed to the manager at the restaurant. Read more
These employees will be extremely rude and literally want to fight you over nuggets and a burger. I would give this place... negative stars if I could. I would love to speak to the manager personally but I don?t know if anything would come of it judgingfrom the recent reviews about customer service. Employees were aggressive.
