Lobby is closed even though they our stay it?s open. Use the mobile order option and wait for 30 minutes while people keep going... through the drive-through line. finally walked up to the window and they say ?we?ve been trying to get your attention. We can?tget out so we can?t bring you your food.? And of course the food wasn?t right either. Enjoy your McDonald?s, but just beprepared to be flexible and problem-solve because something probably isn?t going to go right. Read more

Today the short Mexican manager today made me wanna kill myself. Everyday I co me here and every day she is nothing b guy t... disrespectful. My parents came from Oregon two days ago spent 60 bucks every thing was wrong. Lady t j.g af took order arielycould understand what wrote asked for. Today the fat mean manager kept telling people beg oh no me that she could help theminstead of me. After more times of this spoke up asked to usebathroom. She looks me up and down and says u buy somethingfirst. I said so umean I have to take my dinner in the bathroomwith me shesays yeah cuz u dont look like your gonna use the bathroon. I made an order for 2 people. Everything was correct except missing dipping sauce. The wait was truly outrageous though. I was... only 6 cars from the pickup window and I was in the drive-through for 30 minutes. Cars kept leaving the line, presumably becauseof the wait, so it took awhile to find my order at the pay window and then the pickup window was so confused that I had topresent my receipt to help them. I'll spare the details, Toya was the worker who took our order. She was extremely rude and very short with us and we kind people... who did not deserve her attitude. There was a man who I believe to be the night manager, Eddie, who kept walking past the 2different windows so he could evil eye us bc I had asked for Toyas name. So I then asked for his. It was a horrible experience,and after all of that we did not even get our whole order. We were too frustrated to even go back to tell them and left. I'mnever visiting this location again. Read more

BOO! BOO! JUST DON'T GO HERE,BOO! BOO! THIS PLACE IS SIMPLY JUST FOUL! IT WONT DO! The ice cream machine NEVER EVER WORKS!,EVER!... Like we are well past false advertising- Drive through cash clerks are NEVER EVER polite and friendly, they NEVER EVER SMILE orsay "thanks for your order"..."have a nice day"...etc! As though I (as a customer) am a horrid inconvenience to their workshift...they seemingly can't usher me away fast enough! Nevermind how the "customer is always right...especially when holding areceipt!"...possibly anywhere but here and the "Family Dollar" off Independence Ave! Both are now 2 of my least favoriteshopping or stopping locations. Only giving 1 star bc I can't give any less than that. No person or menu item makes this afavorable dining experience...save your $ for moments just long enough to locate virtually any freaking other McDonald's! I went to this location on Friday. We decided to eat inside since the drive-thru looked really busy. My parents started to place... the order with the cashier at the register, I told them what I wanted and then went to use the restroom. The door was locked soI went to the cashier and asked her if I could use the restroom. She told me I need to pay first. My father told her, ?wellthat?s what I?m doing, I am placing my order with you as we speak?. She looked me up and down, rolled her eyes and rudely said?I told you that you need to PAY first?. I was so shocked at being treated this way, that I told her I will make a formalcomplaint. The thing is, I frequent this location often and I love the staff here, I?ve never encountered someone this rude. Myfather decided to cancel our order and we went to the rainbow blvd location, where the staff treated us and everyone sopolitely. Read more
