This place never disappoints for food. The food is always fresh and the restaurant is always busy. We've ordered ahead and dined... in and either way have never had a bad experience. This place is also very clean as well. Definitely recommend this place. Read more

Never have I ever seen this....I love some Panda and have never had a problem with this location. BUT...since when is it... socially acceptable to let customers (grown woman) walk around bare foot in a restaurant? My daughter and I were horrified!Disgusting behavior on behalf of the patron. Very poor service. Not a fast food. Out of fountain drinks and they don?t have people that know how to refill thw fountain... drinks and didn?t want to give us refund. Really make yourself a service and go somewhere else to eat. Read more

Another place where the food is better than the service. Maybe that's not always a bad thing, however when you and another guest... are the only two people to come inside a empty Panda Express you would expect fast customer service. That's not quite the casehere and although I've had better service at other locations, however my most recent visit to this location was not stellar tosay the least. Myself and a friend had to wait 5 mins while workers looked on until my friend decided to ask the staff if theywere closed. Nobody said a single thing for an awkward 30 seconds until he asked again a little more direct. Finally it caughtthe attention of another worker and he came up to take our orders. Not exactly sure how you can space the only two customers inthe building but that's what happens these days. Nonetheless the food was good and hot, tasty, and prepared as you would expect.The food was 4 stars in my book while the customer service was 1.5. I'm not too hard to please. It's very easy and I think mostwould agree that all anyone wants is to have positive customer service and hot tasty food. I love panda express and eat there everytime I see one, but THIS ONE was the WORST. I ordered a bigger plate which comes with 2... entrées and rice or lo mein. I got the lo mein and my entrées were orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. The orange chickenwas so hard it BROKE the plastic fork! AND I was charged $2 more for the honey walnut shrimp (no of the other panda expresscharge this) it COMES WITH 2 entrées. Will.NOT recommend this store #1512 to anyone and WONT go back...Dinner time the foodshould be FRESH. Spent $30.on old food. Read more
