Sandwich missing toppings. Drink selection containers empty. Huge floor area, around drink station, was wet/water pools the... whole time we were there. There was a sign, but no effort in mopping up. Straw, sugar, etc empty. Many tables and floor area notclean. POOR ALL AROUND. Read more
Worst Panera ever. First of all the card machine wouldn?t read my card via chip nor by swipe. that was a little frustrating. The... young man working was very nice though and said it was having problems.. If you plan on tipping don?t. First of all for grownmen and women they sure do act like teenagers back there not hardly doing a thing but slacking off. Yes you should have fun atwork but should be able to do your job as well. I ordered Mac and cheese and I got cold Mac and cheese soup. If I wanted soup Iwould have ordered soup. Half the noodles were not even cooked thoroughly so they were tough. As soon as I opened it and saw howwatery it was then soon to follow the taste.. I wanted to run back in but I was on the road and didn?t want to deal with it.Also what is up with the bread at this location as well. It?s not that yummy crisp flavorful bread you get at all the otherpaneras.. anyways I?ll never be back to this location. Not worth time or money to order from here. Read more
If you close at 10pm, then why, when I come at 9:20pm, are the pastries already thrown out for the night? Pastries that are... already cooked and just sitting in a display case, that can be tossed quickly at closing time, or a few minutes before, shouldbe available to customers who come in 40 minutes BEFORE CLOSE. Doesn't seem like a good business business plan. Not customeroriented. Read more
Every time I've been here they have had good food. The only complaint I have is they got rid of their potato soup which I think... is extremely nuts that is one of the main things my friends and I go in for that and some of their sandwiches. I am not the onlyone that has a problem with this they really need to bring it back. Read more
Sunday and an epic management fail. The dining room was closed due to "Lack of staff." The employee there said it was prom... weekend and all the kids called off work. Management should have known it was prom weekend and scheduled accordingly. Corporate should fire the management team at this store for lack of schedule planning. Sunday mornings are big days for therestaurant industry and this place is virtually 95% closed. I won't be wasting my time coming here anymore. Read more
This Panera is awful. The pictured sandwich is the chipotle chicken and egg sandwich. About a tablespoon of chicken and I asked... a staff and manager about it and they both confirmed the recipe calls for a tablespoon?that?s absolutely ridiculous and I doubtit is the truth. Given a cold cinnamon bun after having to ask for it twice, had to ask at two places for silverware, and thenagain for milk. Spend your time and money elsewhere! Read more
Ordered the napa chicken salad sandwich. Barely any chicken salad on sandwich. Also ordered steak and cheese sandwiches. Less... meat than usual and steak was grisly. Prices are so high now, it really isn't worth it. I only get because I use free giftcards. Read more
Overall pretty standard Panera experience. They said they were very understaffed so the dining room is open, but all the food is... in the take out containers which is a good alternative to just closing the dining area. Was very busy during lunch on Saturdayand is hard to find a seat after noon. Overall, I wish the workers good luck! Read more
