This was the first time I?ve had a 5 star experience at a Panera. Before placing my order at the drive through, the employee... told me there would be a 20 minute wait, and gave me the option of I?d still like to order. No ?fast food? place has EVER toldme this,l. She was so polite and friendly! I order what I always do, but some how they always give me the wrong dressing, orforget an item, or forget the extra dressings. Not this time! I usually just go through the drive through which is always helpful and fast. I don't like standing inside waiting for a order... and the cashier is openly texting on his phone while someone is standing in front of him. Food is always good. Read more
Took three tries to get what I ordered. Placed an online order of a take two and a whole salad. Got home to find the salad... missing. Go back, my husband goes in to explain and get my salad. They give him a half salad. I say I ordered a whole one. Hegoes back again, comes back with more salad?except that it?s the wrong salad. Go back yet again. ?Sorry, I read it wrong?. Finally get what I?d ordered. No offer of anything to make it right. This isn?t even my first negative pick up experience, butit may well be my last. Read more
Have you ever waited in the drive thru for 1 hour? With only 5 cars in front of you? I did, yesterday. The service was so slow,... my food was kind of warm but certainly not hot and there was no mention of how long the wait was. Even at the window after Ipaid I waited 20 minutes for my order. Beware Rapid Pickup. Who knows what you'll get. I'm a longtime huge Panera fan but recent, persistent problems have tipped me... into the negative. I've lived with regular 'try again later' errors in checkout and unexpected 'substitions' that were bizarre,but when I got home yesterday, my Asian Salad with Chicken had NO CHICKEN. And not even a word or a note when I arrived sosomeone could explain. I was charged in full. Sad when such a great brand falls so quickly into mediocrity. Read more
Went for supper the other day and it was a pleasant experience. The tables were cleaned off. It wasn't too busy so there were... plenty of seating options. Walked in and there was a person at the counter taking orders or you could use the little screenthing by the drink station. The lady was nice, friendly and very informative. We got our food pretty fast & it wasdelicious! In the photos are a toasted steak & white cheddar sandwich, which was very delicious. So..I've never had horseradishbefore or if I did it wasn't much. The sandwich has a healthy amount of horseradish on it so if your not a fan of spicy I don'trecommend it, but if you are definitely try it! The bread bowl of soup was French onion soup. It was amazing! The bread wasfresh and the soup was nice and hot and full of flavor. Definitely a good choice if you like soup! Read more
Took my daughter to lunch. It was great food. Love the new pizza. Only could eat half of it at picture shows. Chocolate... croissant was so good too. She had grill cheese and strawberry salad she liked it too. Read more
This cafe has really improved in menu and choices. I treated a younger couple. They commented about how good the food was. We... three had soup and sides. The place was absolutely packed and drive up was busy as well. Perfect Panera! You can order on line,pay and pick up . Very accommodating cafe. Read more
