EDIT: After multiple orders I can say that this place literally always messes something up with the order. Go to a different... Panera and let this one close down. The employees do not ensure the order is correct in the slightest before sending it out thedoor. Ordered a pick two, sandwich and soup. I only received the soup. Sub-par Panera. Meal took 10-15 minutes longer than expected to prepare. The Take Spicy Chicken Sandwich was just sad. I've had... it at other Paneras in town and the sandwich had a relatively small piece of meat, only a couple scraps of toppings, and hardlyany sauce. Read more
Placed order online the day before came in and still waited over an hour for my food. This affected my training that is... conducted by my job. Highly recommended not to use this location. Unprofessional and messy. Read more
We ordered kids menu while visit Crown Center mall.
Food was good but ordering and receiving experience was less than ideal. Never received the frozen lemonade I ordered with no... comment or explanation as to why. Food was put out with no notification given, not on their order / ready board or called outand we were sitting adjacent to the pick up. Finally called and was then told it had been ready for some time and they hadcalled us ?20 minutes ago? yet had not been in the store or had the order (time stamp) placed near that time. not one to leave a review but the service was so bad I had too. blonde girl at the register was literally on her phone while... taking peoples orders, they messed up my husbands orders, then completely forget my food so we sat there for long enough that myhusband literally finished his food before I got mine. they then forgot my side. on top of that a worker cleaning thestore/restocking literally had rap music blaring out of her cell phone next to us while trying to enjoy our diner. do NOTrecommend coming here make the drive and go to any other location. Unfortunately out of everything. I tried to order a croissant and it had a gnat on it, I asked if they had another, which they... didn't. All is fine but after pointing that out they still left it on display. After letting us put in order in they're out ofpizza sauce and out of bread for grilled cheese. Broccoli cheddar soup, is the best at Panera. I could it eat daily if I had the money! LOL My whole family ( whose picky ) loves... something from there! Read more
