I placed an order online- steel cut oats with strawberries & pecans sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. It was sooo good! I arrived... at the drive thru window, and requested to pick up my order there. The employee said I had to come in to the pick up area. I wasin a hurry, and it would?ve been great if I didn?t have to go inside- but the food was worth it. Read more
Deeply dissatisfied. This is the second time I have received NO DRESSING or the correct side from the same Panera. The lettuce... was also wilted. I feel like I've absolutely wasted my money. Don't go here unless you want your order sub par. Read more
Horrible experience just trying to buy a Caesar salad. I wanted to pay in cash and I had three different people say that they... would help me. All of them stayed in the back and never came out. This lady working in the kitchen finally came to help me. Gotmy salad 10 minutes later. The whole process took 30 min for me to buy a salad. Terrible customer service!! Read more
Do not go here over lunch unless you have over 40 minutes to wait for your food.

The most exciting thing about this Panera is you don't know what might be missing from your order. Is it the mayo on your... sandwich, or perhaps you're missing the dressing for your salad, maybe they added chicken to an otherwise vegetarian dish? TodayI was disappointed to find that my parfait was missing the crunchy granola goodness and most of the yogurt. Panera, Iappreciate your tests to make sure that I'm paying attention but it's far too early and I work too long of hours for theseantics. Can I offer a truce? The staff however is always very kind and quick to remedy any mistakes. Consistancy is the key to the success of this well known chain. I love the fresh bread and all the sweets. Today I had the steak... sandwich and my friends had soup and salad . During the lunch hour the dining room was crowded and pretty noisy but didn'tdistract from our own conversation or the causal atmosphere. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking plus a drivethrough and close to highway 435. Read more
I have the sip club membership and it's always a little confusing at this location. They don't use their actual rapid pick up... shelf for anything (just take that thing down lol). Sometimes I just walk in and grab my sip club cup myself like a criminal. Sometimes it's on the counter by the kitchen (not usually). Sometimes someone asks my to show proof of my order. Sometimes theyjust look at me like I'm crazy.....I am a lil off the wall so I guess that's to be expected. Anyway I just never know what toexpect. Maybe clearer directions for self assistance due to low staffing would be helpful. We're getting ready to order ourlunch right now so we'll see ???????? Read more
