Horrible customer service I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza with black olives on half. I stead I got a large... pepperoni pizza with jalapeños on half. I called the store (5:02)and was offered a refund or a new pizza. I opted for the newpizza, since it was our dinner. At 7:07 I still have not received the new pizza. Read more

This is my goto Pizza Hut. Love the drive thru. I have short reasonable waits there. And, the employees are always friendly... here. To me that is the most important aspect of a restaurant visit. This time was no exception. The pizza had stuck to thepan and the couldn't get it off. Before I arrived the began making me a new pizza. They then brought my order out to my car. My pizza arrives half burnt. Proper cooking procedures should be followed. When I called the restaurant, I was offered $35... credit at that restaurant only as compensation. That means my delivery fee and tip were not refunded. I feel the entire amountof my purchase, which did include cinnamon rolls for dessert, should have been refunded or credited for a future purchase. WhenI called the store I was on hold for eight minutes waiting for someone to talk to me about this problem. Read more
Only reason this location gets a 1 star review from me, is for the cinnabon cinnamon rolls. Which I know didn't even take much... effort to heat up!! But, our pizzas were so greasy! My son thought that maybe y'all threw them into a deep fat fryer to cookthem! And then I got charged for a convenience fee! What is that all about?? I paid with cash. I could maybe understand if I wasusing a card. Paid $44.81 just to feel sick to our stomach's from all the grease! I will be reaching out to a store managertomorrow!!! Read more
