They gave my order to doordash, they don't seem to have given them the street number, the doordasher for some reason picked a... random intersection, sent a picture, claimed they texted, called once and hung up. I remember when I could just order a pizzaand a pizza would show up... Read more

After waiting over an hour for a delivery that said it would be 15 minutes, I called Pizza Hut?s main line were I was informed... that this is an issue that they?ve been having & they?ll transfer me to the local store I ordered from. After the local spokeperson pulled up the order I wanted to cancel he informed me that it wasn?t delivered because I chose pickup. I informed himthat I just got off the phone with HR & they said that your location has been having issues with online orders deliveryswitching to pick up & only then he agreed & proceeded to refund me. Why did I have to bring up HR for me to get a refund if youknew of online issues happening? 3rd time giving this location a try & they struck out. Bad business. Read more

My kids Love pizza .. we had a bad experience here .. then they Fixed their mistake. And gave us a Credit.. we tried them again,... but the service and pizza hasn't been That great since. ?? Read more

Was delivered the wrong pizza....twice in one night ..was even warm and undercooked.they sent a replacement pizza which also had... red sauce I ordered with garlic parmesan. Couldn't eat any of it. Called back today..guy that answered said it was a pharmacyand hung up This place should be shut down Pizza is always cold... wrong pizza everytime... ridiculous Read more

Worst food and service ever. They messed up our order in May so my husband called corporate. They gave us a coupon for 2 free... pizzas. So of course we try again. After 30 minutes of their smart mouths and condescending tone and being placed on hold for 20minutes for them to tell us the coupon is invalid. We gave up. Not what it used to be, grab pizza from elsewhere. This store was quite efficient when it was newer, unfortunately in the past... year the quality of food prepared and service times are not at acceptable levels. Lobby door is locked forcing customers topartake in the drivethru (albeit a nice feature when used appropriately). Procedures for when a customer is at the window andhas to wait awhile for their order should move to a parking stall and not hold up the rest of the customers that may have theirorder ready and waiting. This is partly the customers fault for going so soon after ordering but the staff should realize theycan move them to a stall and assist others. Recommend visiting another store Read more
