Waited for over an hour for pizza and wings had a carry out order should take no more than 20 minutes when I'm coming to pick it... up and paid for the order already this place needs better employees, communication skills and more time management skills. Thelady at least could have came back to the front desk and said we are short staffed may be a longer wait for you instead ofdisappearing had people in the front desk waiting to order. We did the Big Dinner Box and choose pickup instead of delivery. The pizza was hot, the ingredients tasted really good and we... enjoyed the breadsticks. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I placed an order at 4:45. My estimate delivery time was 5:20-5:35. I called the place at 6 because my order... had yet to arrive and I heard NOTHING from pizza hut. When I asked why it hadn't arrived I was told because there was 1 driverand door dash orders. I understand so I asked how much longer and was told 2 HOURS.
