Waited for over an hour for pizza and wings had a carry out order should take no more than 20 minutes when I'm coming to pick it... up and paid for the order already this place needs better employees, communication skills and more time management skills. Thelady at least could have came back to the front desk and said we are short staffed may be a longer wait for you instead ofdisappearing had people in the front desk waiting to order. Horrible customer service, called and was told order was on the way, an hour later I called to cancel my order and was told to... hold for manager and then was just hung up on. never ordering from them again hope they all get fired by corporate and startfresh including manager. Read more
We did the Big Dinner Box and choose pickup instead of delivery. The pizza was hot, the ingredients tasted really good and we... enjoyed the breadsticks. We did the build your own pizzas for both so one was Pepperoni, jalapeños and olives with red sauce.The other was chicken, tomatoes and spicy sausage with white sauce. Both came out perfect ???? They must have some kind of scam going on with a towing truck company. I have seen manager of Pizza Hut check the parking lot... and the tow truck must be waiting around the corner because it shows up right away. They do a lot of towing. I saw them tow avehicle that was parked on a spot that was not marked as a Pizza Hut stall. Read more
I order a pizza at 830pm. I was informed a 1hr wait. No problem. At 10pm. I called to check the status of my delivery. I was... told by a male staff, thT it would be going out next. At 1025pm. Fortunately, I read the reviews and didn?t wait on delivery. Picked curbside pickup but there weren?t any clearly marked spots.... Didn?t see anyone come out. Parking side door wasn?t open. Went around to the front and no one was up front. Looked like therewere 40 open orders making me think they were severely understaffed. Lady who did come out was very nice. Pizza turned outfine. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I placed an order at 4:45. My estimate delivery time was 5:20-5:35. I called the place at 6 because my order... had yet to arrive and I heard NOTHING from pizza hut. When I asked why it hadn't arrived I was told because there was 1 driverand door dash orders. I understand so I asked how much longer and was told 2 HOURS. I already waited an hour and have to wait 2more for 2 pizza. No. Get it together pizza hut. I work in service industry and ice worked deliver. That is bull.
