5 star? I wish I could give them all the stars! I walked through the front door and got amazing service from the lady behind... the counter. She was patient and very nice! After we ordered we got to the table and didn't have to wait very long atall! Maybe 5 minutes. The food came out nice and toasted, it was wrapped in foil after being taken out of the toasteroven. Which means the food was properly hot and could stay hot if you ordered too. 5 of 5? 10 of 10? The second sub place totop my chart, and the service, I'd say, was far better here. We were treated terribly. Got there just before closing and ordered 4 sandwiches and chips to eat there. Was told they would... close in 10 minutes. When food was delivered we were told we would need to leave the premises so they could close. I thougjtthey would just lock the door and let us eat inside. But no, they were so concerned with closing and getting us out of thestore. Terrible customer service. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE ANY BUSINESS. THEY ARE RUDE!! Read more

I have heard nixed reviews about this restaurant. I will say that the food is decent but very dry. I understand they have... condiments to put on the sub but this made little difference to the taste. I got the steak and cheese,it was very dry. Iprobably won?t return to try out other items. Good customer service and decently priced but the quality of food was lacking. Read more

I did a pick up order so I?m not sure how service is when you eat there but the service I got was over the top. I ordered over... the phone and they answered all my questions and were patient with me when I wasn?t sure. Even when I called them threedifferent times to change it due to having people add to the order. It is like they have posted they are fresh and handmade foreach order as long as you call or order ahead you can expect them to be quick when you come to pick it up. It?s been a long timesince I have been to a planet sub and I forgot how good there sandwiches are. They also can make any of there sandwiches into alettuce wrap. I need to pay attention to there daily specials and go by for one there deals. Read more
