They were out of 75% of the menu items I kid you not! They say that they didn't get their truck that morning. They shouldn't... have opened for the day. All it did was upset the customers even further. No one was empowered to make executive decisions onhow they were going to make substitutions or compensate for missing items. Negative experiences always seems to be the norm forthe inner city stores. I have to pass by two different stores to get to a store that provides good service. I've visited this location twice and was in the drive-thru line for over over 7 minutes each time. The last visit I was at the... intercom for about 5 minutes before someone addressed me (I thought it was broken). There was a car in front and back so I hadto wait. They were out of just about everything. I ordered beans and rice. When I opened the container there was the equivalentof two teaspoons of beans and rice inside. I won't return. I hope changes are made. I can't even say it's a lack of training,some people are trained and just don't care enough to put into action what they've been taught. The food me and my boyfriend got yesterday was so nasty we ended up giving it to the dog and even she didn?t want that shit????.... It wasn?t even near closing hours and yet the fries that we received were chewy like well done steak, the boneless chickentenders as well as the bone in chicken was over fried and crispy almost to the core and neither had a lick of seasoning I don?tknow what they?re doing in there but it?s not making your food right ???????? even the lemonade taste like Fossett water mixwith a Kool-Aid packet ??.and I mean the Kool-Aid packet with no sugar added?. at least the mashed potatoes was good??????????? We went to the location on Troost. The staff were loads of fun, clearly they enjoy their jobs and do it expertly. The location... that I normally frequent was not on my way so I went to Troost and I will continue to drive out of my way to go to thislocation. Food was the best, service also the best and I left with such a great mood that the whole day was the best. Read more
The food was good and tasted better than a different location. But when I saw the rat outside in broad daylight, I wanted to... jump the curb and take off, lol But I didn't but they need to look into that and make sure it's not entering the restaurant. Read more
Not a great experience 1st time here. I waited in line 30 minutes which is fine because everyone is short staffed. So that... didn't bother me as much. What bothered me was I ordered #7 chicken strips which naturally come with sauce, I requested sweetheat sauce though was given none. I order a meal though was not given a side. Very disappointed. Service was great. Nice polite group of young men and women there but the food was terrible. Chicken sandwich patties was ragedy... and tasted weird. My daughter thinks she may have food poisoning. I had a chicken wings and batter has a dusty consistency. Imassuming like many other fast food chains they have to cut back on certain ingredients and whatever else due to the pandemic andinflation.
