Horrible service the lady taking orders was talking on her personal phone while taking orders, the person in front of me was... there for so long trying to order because she wouldn't stop chatting and every once in a while looking up asking what the ladywanted. When it was my turn to order she did the same to me, no eye contact, no greeting no nothing. I cant tell you how manytimes I had to repeat myself. Then had me stand there asking for my cups to get my drink because she didn't hand them to mebecause she was to busy on her phone. None of the cooks or workers were wearing gloves at all. Never comeing back again. None ofthe workers had name tags and the lady taking order refused to give me my receipt so I unfortunately have no name to report. Read more

The only reason I?m giving this place 3 stars is because it?s Popeyes. I love Popeyes; the chicken, sides, and more. But the... management at this Popeyes is sadly the worst I?ve experienced in the few times I?ve visited. This isn?t an attack, but arequest or suggestion to acquire personal that can manage. You really can't go wrong when you're ordering from Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. They're chicken is fried up with that beautiful... brown coating to hold in all the juices to make it all so tender. Those mashed potatoes are whipped to perfection with that richbrown gravy in every bite. Nobody makes biscuits to rise to heights of flaky tenderness likes Popeyes. It was a meal that myfamily and friends raved over as the perfect take-out selection. Read more

I do delivery for Uber eats and came here on a Saturday night. I haven't been to this particular location when I walked in I saw... the sign on the right clearly stating this is where you go for online order pickup. As I walked to the right to get in thatline, one of the employees very loudly yelled across the restaurant "you're supposed to get in the other line for deliveries"and not being nice or informative, being as condescending as they could. So super embarrassing for me but also how would I knowthat? There's a sign actually saying the complete opposite. Could have been a little nicer or waited for me to get up there andinstruct me then? One of the things I like about this job is that I get to find new food places all the time. I have alwaysenjoyed Popeyes so but I would never go to this location now. Read more

Ordered a web order of 18 spicy tenders, a large fries, a large Mac n cheese, and a large mashed potatoes, expecting it to be... ready when we showed up. We arrived to find they had pretty much run out of spicy tenders and HAD run out of Mac and cheese andfries - right before we showed up. We left the store with mild tenders instead and only two mashed potatoes. I asked for apartial refund considering I ordered before they ran out of food and they should have made the food that was already paid for,and the manager responded by gesturing to a large pick-up table and saying that all the orders there had been placed early inthe afternoon, so they weren't making any more web orders in advance. I don't see how somebody else not picking up their foodmeans that I shouldn't get what I paid over $50 for. No refund, chewed out by the manager for daring to ask for one, and noother options except coming back the next day for one free side. Absolutely never coming back and will be contacting corporate. We were passing through and decided to grab a sandwich. At the time of the order we were told that there were no fries and they... are completely out. We were waiting on our food and notice other people were getting fries - strange but ok?? we were in linefor 17 min when we were told that they JUST put our sandwiches in a frier- WOW! 25 min in we got our food - never again! Really nice group of people working up there. Always smiling and pleasant. You might have to wait a few minutes on your food but... it's well worth it, it's always fresh and with the enjoyable attitudes of the people that work there, It's no problem at all. Ido feel like the chicken is less meaty than it used to be a few years ago but that's an overall issue at the corporate level andshould not reflect negatively on this location. Read more

The service was ok. Staff were efficient, but not as friendly as they could be. They were very direct, but they weren't mean. I... don't know, I just didn't feel prioritized as a customer. The fried chicken had the great flavor you'd expect from Popeyes, butsomething has happened to quality control. When your drumsticks are the same size as the drummets and wings you bought from thegrocery store for Superbowl Sunday, you can't help but feel ripped off. And it's not just this location, but several locationsnow. I don't know if it's a supply chain issue or staff turnover or what, but these tiny pieces of chicken should not be goingout to customers. Or if they are, give extra pieces to make up for it and let us know. I used to go out of my way to go toPopeyes. But these past few experiences are starting to change my mind. Read more
