I liked the atmosphere. There were 3 sandwich makers. The 1st gentleman was good. The 2nd maker lady was ok, the 3rd, the... cashier was indifferent and the 2nd cashier was on her phone and didn't engage me and my wife at all. We ordered 2 Avo Turkeysandwiches. I normally love grabbing a quick bite here with my sister. It has become tradition for us. We absolutely love the food. Sadly ... My view point has definitely changed. The customer service was horrible! I get it. Everybody is entitled to have a rough day.This was just down right disgraceful! We try to stay very joyful and happy people. After that experience we have decided tonever go back to that location. I?m very disappointed in the way the team carried their selves. I wish I could say that this place was at least ok, most sandwich places are at least that. Should be an easy thing to run but I... get it's hard to find good help these days. The sandwiches were very very small I had half a slice of turkey on my sandwichthere was no condiments For $50 a full slice of turkey would have been nice, the cookies were old very chewy and hard. I was on the Plaza feeling a bit famished. Sans the normal disposable income I need something cheap but delicious. I walked in... and was hard pressed to get help. The employee emptying the trash receptacle did not address me as I walked in and lookedaround. It was almost 3 full minutes before I was asked if I was ready to order. The sandwich was not good and the salad wasdisappointing ????! To wrap up my review the food and service was substantially bad. I understand things happen, but the fact that my sandwich comes with mold is not ok! Of course this order was take out, so I did... not see it until I got home. With only 20 minutes until they close, there was no way for me to make it there before then. Icalled numerous times and nobody answers the phone. I guess if you're in the mood to spend your money on mold coveredsandwiches... this might be your go to. ***To add - I received a call after complaint made by email and told manager wouldcontact me the following day. Best deli sandwich in town! Rick was awesome, and all the staff there were great too... The sandwich called A Wreck filled me... all the way up. The hot peppers were right on time! Read more
