My boyfriend and I came to this location and saw they had a new shrimp flavor. I was so excited but had only ever ordered... chicken, I used to order qdoba weekly when I worked at a retail store nearby another location. I have ordered this particularlocation for delivery before and not had an issue, however, today was different. We ordered and I was asking for arecommendation between the steak and the shrimp as i had never ordered either one, the worker said ?idk? and just waited for meto pick one (which is fine but I also believe that you should know the product that you?re serving so it was also slightlydisappointing that there was no recommendation, but maybe he was new) another worker said hands down the shrimp! So I orderedthat. While getting a shrimp bowl there were only 3 pieces of shrimp left. The guy looked annoyed and said we were out, again,waiting for another selection. He called out for more to be made and then moved on to my boyfriend who ordered steak and shrimpin his quesadilla. Since we were both getting shrimp we decided to wait since they said it would be 8 min. After waiting longerthan 8 minutes, I noticed the color of the shrimp that was being added was WAY less marinated and looked much less appetizing,so I asked about it and they said it was bc they just poured it into the sauce that was already on the line. Then when I wasasking a man who had been walking around without his apron on (and a severely stained shirt) said that my boyfriend was unableto get shrimp on his quesadilla when they had already applied it to his quesadilla?.the guy tried to argue with us bc we said?well it?s already on it?and we?ve waited like 10 min? so we just ended up walking out. I would have happily ordered anothermeat had we BOTH not been waiting on shrimp, we were both very disappointed in the lack of communication. We ordered from here for Mothers Day and what a disappointment! Our nachos came as a bag of chips and a bowl of ingredient best... described as being ? soupy? it was not good and there was hardly any cheese I went to the fridge to add some to try to redeemthe nachos but the soupy-ness could not be come back from. It was disappointing and I won?t even be finishing it. I won?t makethe mistake of choosing this restaurant again. Read more
Service here was wonderful. The restaurant is definitely short staffed though, so be prepared to wait. BE KIND. They are hiring... at a "generous" $12/hour and you can leave your number for a manager to contact you. I guess that saves on a papertrail... Food was good, but the adobo chicken had a lot of tough, burned bits in it. The guacamole and chips were the very bestI've ever gotten at a Qdoba. Honestly, the guac was the very best I've ever had. Nice clean location with plugs for electronics. The staff was friendly and helped explain the steps for our first time. Enjoyed... our nachos with so many extra chips on the side! Little expensive for quick Mexican but good amount of food for the cost. Read more
They forgot a quesadilla from our order. The tortilla chips tasted stale. The serving seemed smaller than Chipotle. My Cholula... hot&sweet chicken looked nothing like the pic. Most of the toppings weren't on there. I'm going with Chipotle. First and lastwith Qdoba. Read more
Management here puts the effort in that makes a difference. It's all too uncommon to find people who actually go the extra mile... to try and make something of the place they work. It's a quality I respect, and I enjoy the service this Qdoba provides Read more
