Normally they have amazing food, but my recent experience left me in disgust. I ordered my favorite calzone, and three bites... into it, found a nearly 2? of hair sticking out of the bread of the calzone. This store is the worst sarpinos we have ever ordered from. Every time we order Here they always get the order wrong or by the... time it finally gets here (2 hours after we order it) it is no longer fresh soggy and bread sticks are hard. It is now 12:30 atnight we ordered our pizza bread sticks and shrimp alfredo and the pizza is wrong one and soggy and bread sticks are hard onceagain. I would not recommend anyone ever use this place as this has happened every time numerous times. I tried to speak withthe owner of the store and he is unreachable. I love sarpinos and this is a disgrace to the rest of the sarpinos in the kc area.Please get new management. Read more
Love to say one way or another, but Google and their own personal page both state multiple times that delivery is till two. I... understand staffing can be an issue with the way things are currently, but this needs to be amended on all of these sites. Italso could have been gracefully explained as opposed to a short "we're not delivering" and hanging up. I was not a last minutecall. Customer service is when reality and expectations meet. Read more
Pizza was excellent. Good value, plenty of cheese and toppings and flavor was great! Breadsticks were completely plain and... tasteless but ordered baked spaghetti and subbed alfredo and it was some of the best alfredo I?ve ever had. Would order again! Read more
My son and one year old granddaughter loved the cheese pizza and my specialty chicken supreme pizza was delicious. The specialty... salad was loaded and enough for two. The piece of cheese cake was very small under 2? wide and didn?t have he strawberrytopping. The chocolate mouse cake was a slice of chocolate cake with little icing filling. They were $6.49 each, will not orderthem again. I will order pizzas and salads again. Read more

Was pretty good. A but pricey for the pizza but overall tasty. I did curbside pick up but there was no marked parking for it so... just went inside to be safe. Staff was new but polite. Food was done on time so no complaints from me. Read more
