Where do I start. Got a Frito chili burrito and the chili inside of it was ice cold. My cheesticks seemed like they had been... sitting for 30 minutes... But that could be because it took me 25minutes to get my order. Which was a mobile order. My Frenchfries were old and soggy. My strawberry limeade was good though so there is a positive there. Been to this location twice nowand I will not be going back. I will stay with the one that's a little bit further from my house because this one is awful. Read more
Went through the drive-thru yesterday and ordered a breakfast burrito and a large cold brew,easy ice. She gave me a large coke... instead. When I told her I ordered a large coffee easy ice, she sighed and gave me a large cold brew in a full cup of ice. I hadto repeat myself and told her easy ice and she said 'Jesus' and rolled her eyes w/ attitude. A bunch of incompetent kids who are unprofessional and have no skill to get an order correct because they are busy playing. I... will show you what I ordered compared to what I recieved. No grilled chicken sandwich or route 44! Cold food. It says what Iorder on the receipt! The manager mostly response to good reviews which says a lot about how the place is being ran. A greatmanager is going to address the issues and take the procedures necessary for solution. No choice but to call corporate. We getto choose our jobs so we should do our jobs. Read more
Sonic on Blue Ridge great location right off of I-470. Burger was hot & tasty. Tater tots were warm, but still good (minus one... star). Prices are reasonable at Sonic and especially like their 1/2 price drinks if ordering from the app. Read more
Every. single. Time. I order on the mobile app, because you know, the deals. There's never for than like 5-6 customers there at... a time. And EVERY time it takes 20 minutes. Or more. Food order always wrong, and occasionally missing stuff. What is going onat this Sonic?! Like, cmon it's almost impossible to F up a grilled cheese...
