I recently moved across the street from this place. Other places in the neighborhood have been great, so thought I would give... this place a shot. Ordered with no issues and it went downhill from there. Waited 10 minutes at the bar for a coke. Then waitedand waited for my order, an appetizer and a salad. After about 20 minutes I was told they had "forgotten" to make my appetizerand would I be ok with taking it to go. I was ok with that, though it seemed a weird approach, especially since there had beenno sight of my meal anyway. Ten minutes later, they came to tell me they "just realized" they were out of the salmon for mySALMON salad. They were so sorry. By now, I had spent 30 minutes there. I said, no problem, just refund the order for the SalmonSalad and I would just take the appetizer, which I was sure was ready to go by then. They refunded the entire order, which wasfine, but by then, I just wanted to leave, so I asked for the appetizer. Amazingly, it wasn't ready! They said they'd have itdone "in a couple minutes" by then, I had basically no appetite anyway, so I just left. I not only won't go back, I will tellthis story to anyone I encounter in the neighborhood and advise folks to enter at their peril. Read more
I'm a somewhat regular customer @ the Burlington Creek location and let me say the pizza is always excellent. If you order... beer, typically, lately it requires a reminder that I've ordered one and it hasn't been delivered yet and I'm usually there whenthe restaurant's not even close to being full. Pizza and ice cream are amazing! However, I ordered a beer that was clearly displayed on tap, was brought the wrong one and when... I asked for it to be changed they acted like I was crazy saying they never have had it even tho clearly displayed on tap! Theserver said they would bring me a new beer and never brought it. So they acted like I was crazy for ordering something clearlyon the menu, we paid for a beer that I didn?t want, and my beer never got replaced. I'm shook.....so I'm keto and was getting bored so I ordered a 12 inch 3 meat cauliflower gluten free crust....I'm... astonished....it's so freaking good...I have a new pizza place thank you for having it as a selection I missed pizza soooomuch!!!! Read more
Had the Mama Mia combo, 7in pizza and salad $11 +tax. Very good and just the right amount of food. Had the Greek salad. Very... good. Service was good and prices seem reasonable. Will definitely return. Read more
My daughter and I ordered Minni Mia: small pizza with soup or salad. The veggie pizza was awesome. The Tomato Basil soup was so... good. My son tried Gelato: Very Minty and Manic Island Fudge. ????yummy! Read more
