Their coffee just isn?t the same as other locations. Their drinks are way too sweet. I can?t even taste the coffee. They are... constantly messing up simple orders. I ask for no caramel and they still add it. Then they mix the drink to try and hide thefact that they added caramel. Read more
The only reason we went to this store was because we won a giftcard. Rarely do we chose Starbucks because they have a very... limited sugar-free options. Their prices are ridiculously high also. Read more
Asked how fresh coffee ?? and he told me just made. Got old coffee and different flavor just don't understand why? Tell me how... old is coffee and if you don't want make me fresh I will go to other coffee shop .pike flavor after 15 minutes start tastinglike burned-out And almost every place iff you asking how old is your coffee answer you are going to get just made or 10minutes. Everyone that works here is very sweet. They are always kind and respectful and my drink (Iced Vanilla latte with Vanilla Cold... Foam) always tastes very good. The only thing I could say badly about this location is that the drive through takes extremelylong. Like, I wouldn't exactly recommend this place if you're in a hurry, but if you're looking to go sit down somewhere and dohomework and such, this is a good spot! Read more
Such a disappointing coffee trip. Today employee's were more concerned about drive thru times being fast then customer service.... I don't care about going though the line fast I care that my coffee is made right. Which it wasn't aslo wasn't able to ask for anapkin or straw because we were told to pull forward (out of line so the time would stop) after handing us our drinks shecouldn't have ran away fast enough! I'm so disappointed in this store and will not be back. It will be scooters from now on! Read more

Its unfortunate that Starbuck's aren't the same across the board.. I order the same drink and it's never the same. However it... isnt just the location, it's also just luck of the draw on employees.. my go to drink has been fantastic at this location butthis visit it was subpar. Also, the guy at the window tried to send me away after only giving me 1 of 2 drinks AND I expressedat the speaker I would be using my rewards but they didn't apply them and charged me full price Read more
