Wow. Just went to subway. I have NEVER been treated so rude. She wouldn't even give me her name (knowing she was rude and an... adult) I simply asked for a specific bread (I did the same yesterday...went to goodcents) when she said, the factory won'tsend us anything but white or wheat. I went back today to see if they had the artisan bread I prefer. She said no. I said okwheat is fine. She then got a footlong artisan bread and began to make a sandwich. I said, " I thought you didn't have any ofthat bread...) she said this is stale you wouldn't want it....I said we'll that's not good for that customer, then she saidit's for a catering group I then said I came yesterday...did you have same? She said it's for my boyfriend. I then simply putmy chips and soda away and said well I won't be back (I eat subway everyday in the summer at the pool) she said, thank God!" This is on 64th street...I think the only 1 left. You will notice her brown hair. Lots of makeup and fake eyelasses and superlong nails...which is pretty gross when a sandwich is being made anyways...regardless if anyone knows the owner of that subwayplease let me know, since she lied I don't know how to let them know she is taking their money...2 days in a row for me...whoknows how many others. They do not honor coupons they send out. Scam restaurant. Avoid at all cost. Besides not honoring their coupons, the girl behind... the counter said there's nothing they will do. Forget this Subway and go to one that at least honors their coupons. Worst baitand switch I've ever seen. Shame on these scumbags. Updated to show the disgusting slop they serve. This is the absolutely horrid ugly salad I just received from the subway location special instructions were not followed at all... whatsoever the salad looks messy and gross some thing I spent $10 on and I?m not gonna eat. I called them to speak with themanager all I got over the phone was hi this is Subway no name nothing the manager was very rude to me when speaking with me andwouldnt sto talking to let me finish what I was saying. Would give zero stars if I could. I used to eat here pretty often, but now never again. Staff is beyond rude. I gave them... another chance after they completely messed up my online order, but now I will never go back. Ordered 3 subs online today. All 3had a single slice thin slice of meat and half slice of cheese per 6 inch portion. Not even enough to taste it. Then gave me nolettuce when I asked for extra, and no tomato or peppers when i requested these. The bread on one sandwich was weirdly dry andchewy at the same time, and pretty much inedible. I never thought I'd review a subway poorly, but this location made me walk out! I had my niece and 2 children with me. These are... just a bunch of kids working there just trying to look good, hang out and get paid for doing nothing. There was trash all overthe floor, 4 employees, but only one manning the order station, one young girl had her hair all down and unkempt but wore avisor, no hair net, no ponytail, shirts not tucked in - just sloppy and unprofessional!! A young man with hair down to hisbottom was presented the same way but wore a hat, not a visor and his hair blew around everywhere! The entry door is cracked andlooks like garbage... Probably to match the couple of bandaids stuck to the stairs approaching the building..... ???????? DON'TGO THERE! Unless none of that concerns you.. not to mention, by the time I was ready to order, I told him what my niece wantedand he went to the back as if to collect supplies and then he came back up and did nothing. Rude, and disrespectful workers, 2nd time being here and they treat people with the same disrespect. They don't like their job?... Go somewhere else. They speak in their language everytime a customer ask them to add items to their sandwich. Always a terribleexperience with them. Read more
The little old lady who makes sandwiches is amazing!!! However her female cattle sized counter parts could do a way better job... if they just shut up and just made sandwiches. Read more
